In chapter 3, the animalcula of Dracaena cochinchinenis's wound were carefully isolated, it also argues the effect of fungi on the formation of the dragon's blood. Moreover, the loureirins of the liquid zymolysis products of some fungi were detected by HPLC, and the relationship between animalcula and the formation of the dragon's blood is further discussed.

第三章详细地论述了剑叶龙血树微生物群的分离、纯化及其对龙血竭形成的影响，并用HPLC对部分微生物的液体发酵产物作龙血素成分的检测，更进一步地了解微生物与剑叶龙血树龙血竭形成的关系。

Furthermore, from the result of inoculation with fungi in vivo, some animalcula stimulate the formation and accumulation of dragon's blood. 3. According to the results of zymolysis culture of some animalcula, there are a small quantity of loureirins in the zymolysis products, contents of loureirin A range from 0.090 to 0.439mg/g, loureirin B from 0.012 to 0.133mg/g.

从某些代谢产物呈红色或菌体本身呈红色的菌的液体发酵培养结果来看，这些菌的发酵产物中有龙血素成分存在，但量极少，龙血素A、B的含量分别在0.090-0.439mg/g，0.012-0.133mg/g范围之类，并且其含量随菌的培养时间的增长有增加的趋势。

The result showed that there was significant botanical character difference among the three varieties of rosemary; the content of essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis L is higher than that of Rosmarinus officinalis 'Rex' and Rosmarinus officinalis 'Wood' with 0.80, 0.46 and 0.40 mL(100g)^(-1)FW respectively;α-pinene、1,8-cineole、verbenone、geraniol and borneol were the main compositions of essential oil from Rosmarinus officinalis L, with 27.26%, 20.92%, 11.75%, 5.92% and 5.07% respectively; the major components of essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis 'Rex' were 1,8-cineole、camphor、borneol、α-pinene and camphene, accounting for 31.07%, 21.66%, 11.98%, 5.36% and 5.34% respectively; in Rosmarinus officinalis 'Wood', camphor、1,8-cineole、bornyl acetate、borneol、α-pineneand camphene were the major compositions with 24.69%, 23.96%, 6.76%, 5.94%, 5.80% and 5.28% respectively.

结果表明：三种迷迭香的植物学性状，如外形、花色等差异显著；迷迭香的精油含有率较高，为0.80mL(100g)^(-1)FW，Rex迷迭香和Wood迷迭香的精油含有率低，分别为0.46和0.40mL(100g)^(-1)FW；迷迭香的主要成分为α-蒎烯27.26%、1，8-桉叶素20.92%、马鞭烯酮11.75%、香叶醇5.92%、龙脑5.07%等，Rex迷迭香精油中1，8-桉叶素31.07%、樟脑21.66%和龙脑11.98%、α-蒎烯5.36%、莰烯5.34%是其主要成分，Wood迷迭香精油的主要成分为樟脑24.69%、1，8-桉叶素23.96%、醋酸龙脑酯6.76%、龙脑5.94%、α-蒎烯5.80%和莰烯5.28%等。

In chapter 2, the contents of loureirins in the roots, stems and leaves of Dracaena cochinchinenis were analyzed by HPLC. On the other hand, using the preparation chromatography technology, five compounds were isolated from the leaves of Dracaena cochinchinenis, their structures were identified by means of spectral and chemical methods. They are steroidal saponins.

第二章主要是利用HPLC技术对剑叶龙血树根、茎、叶中龙血素成分的分析与探讨，并利用制备色谱等技术对剑叶龙血树叶子组成成分进行了分析、研究，得到化合物5个，经波谱鉴定，这5个化合物均是幽体皂贰类化合物。

The analysis of the chemical constitutes among sterns roots and leaves of Dracaena cochinchinenis, showed that there' s small amount loureirin A in their extracts, with 0.053mg/g, 0.058mg/g, 0.015mg/g respectively only. Therefore, the roots, stems and leaves of Dracaena cochinchinenis have too low contents of loureirins to be raw materials of dragon's blood.

分析剑叶龙血树根、茎、叶的成分，发现风干的剑叶龙血树根、茎、叶中没有龙血素B的存在，只含有少量的龙血素A，其含量在根、茎、叶中分别为：0.058mg/g，0.053mg/g，0.015mg/g，其含量远低于现行的龙血竭中龙血素A含量不低于2％的质检标准，因此剑叶龙血树的根、茎、叶不能直接用作生产龙血竭的原料。

To evaluate the interaction effects of the three chemical components, Cochinchinenin A, Cochinchinenin B and Joureirin B, of dragon's blood resin, a new method of isobologram on the basis of the Loewe Additivity was established and could analyze the interaction effect of the three drugs with variable potency rations. By using this new method we assessed the interaction characteristic of the combined inhibition effects of three chemical components of dragon's blood resin on the evoked discharges of wide dynamic range neurons of spinal cord in rats.

为了评估龙血竭的3种化学成分剑叶龙血素A、剑叶龙血素B和龙血素B在活体动物实验中的相互作用特性，从经典的Loewe Additivity模型中推导出了在效价强度比变化的情况下判断3种药物的相互作用性质的等效图分析方法，以此分析了龙血竭的上述3种化学成分联合抑制大鼠脊髓背角广动力范围神经元诱发放电频率时的相互作用类型。

Solanine was extracted from peel of a potato variety 'Zhong Shu 3' by using microwave and ethanol/acetic acid solvent. Crude extract was further purified and then qualified by HPLC.

ResultsLoureirin B inhibits the TTXR peak sodium currents in a dose-dependent model and the inhibition is reversible. 0.2mmol/L loureirin B accelerates the inactive process of the TTXR sodium currents and delays the revivable process but does not affect the activitive process.

结果龙血素B对TTXR钠电流呈浓度依赖性抑制，且抑制作用可逆；高浓度的龙血素B（0.2 mmol/L）加速TTX-R钠通道电流的失活过程，延迟其复活过程，对激活过程无显著影响。
