METHODS: RT-PCR was used to observe the expressions of AT2 mRNA in the cortex of rat kidney, including neonate rats (1 d), mature rats (8 weeks) and gerontic rats (20 months).

分别观察新生(1d)、成年(8wk)及老年(20mo)3组大鼠肾脏皮质中AT2mRNA的表达及其增龄性变化，并测定肾皮质中AngⅡ水平。

The high compressive strength is obtained when the modulus of the activator viz., molar ratio of SiO2/Na2O is 1.5, and the proper content of this activator evaluated by the amount of Na2O to the high-calcium fly is 10 %. The compressive strength of these samples is 63.4 MPa when they is cured at 75 oC for 8 hours flowed by curing at 23 oC for 28 days. Methods Wistar rats of 6 months old were randomly divided into normal control groupand IR group. Each group had eight rats. Euglycemic insulin clamp technique was used to determine IR and glycose infusion rate was used to IR. Cardiocyte apoptosis was evaluated by TUNEL. Heart weight and body weight were measured to calculate HW/BW. Fine structure of heart and ultramicrostructure of cardiocyte were observed.

6月龄Wistar大鼠，分为正常对照组和IR组，正常血糖胰岛素钳夹技术测定各组大鼠IR，葡萄糖输注速率表示IR情况；测量大鼠心脏重量和体重并计算心脏重量与体重之比；原位末端酶标记法检测各组大鼠心肌细胞凋亡情况；观察心脏微细结构和心肌细胞超微结构；免疫组化检测心脏间质Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原水平。

There were not correlation between the inter-colony agonistic behavior and the secretion of frontal gland, gnathal gland and abdominal gland, or the compounds of body wall, the genetic background, the contents of microelement and protein in body, the microorgansim in intestinal cavity. The colony age and the colony individuals quantity had not effects on the inter-colony agonistic behavior. But the season change, the food kinds, the soil around colony, and the weak volatile compounds from termites would influence the agonstic behavior between colonies in a certain extent.

However, the mechanism inducing agonistic behavior is not clear until now. We used 24 colonies of C. formosanus from Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi, Anhui, and Zhejiang provinces to study the relations between the inter-colony agonistic behavior and the greeting behavior, or the secretion of frontal gland, gnathal gland and abdominal gland, the compounds of body wall, the genetic background, the contents of microelement and protein in body, the food kinds, the microorgansim in intestinal cavity, the season change, the colony age, and the colony individuals quantity.

The release of CRH in stress response during menopause inhibited the secretion of GnRH, gonadotropic hormone and estrogen and induced the expression of intracellular HSP. As the growing of month, the expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA in uterus went up at the beginning and came down in the end. The result might be caused by the following:The increase of CRH and the decrease of estrogen during early menopause weakened the inhibitory effects on HSP.
