Experiment 6.Effect of selenium-enriched probiotics on selenium content,GSH-Px activity and Haugh units of eggTwo hundred and forty 60 week old healthy Rohman laying hens were allocated into eight groups according to feeding test requirement.

试验6、富硒益生菌对蛋硒含量、蛋GSH-P_X活性及蛋哈夫单位的影响将60周龄的健康罗曼蛋鸡240羽按试验要求分为8组，每组5个重复，每重复6羽。

One thousand six hundred and fifty-six Hyline laying hens at 150 days of age were fed a corn-soybean-miscellaneous meal diet supplemented with 0, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% of YC. Egg production rate, average egg weight, average daily feed intake, rate of death and cull, ratio of feed to egg, and egg Haugh unit, shell thickness, shell weight, shell strength and yolk color were measured. The trial lasted for 20 weeks.

选用1 656只150日龄的海兰褐产蛋鸡随机分为4个处理，每个处理6个重复，每个重复69只鸡，在玉米-豆粕-杂粕型饲粮基础上分别添加0、0.1%、0.2%和0.3% YC，研究其对产蛋鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量、死淘率和料蛋比及鸡蛋哈夫单位、蛋壳强度、蛋壳重量、蛋壳厚度和蛋黄颜色的影响，试验期20周。

Egg quality traits of 901 hens from a pureline of dwaf layers were measured at the age of 40 weeks, including egg weight, Haugh Unit, shell strength, shell color, shell thickness, egg shape index and yolk color.

结果表明：矮小型蛋鸡40周龄蛋品质性状蛋重、哈氏单位、蛋壳强度、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数和蛋黄颜色的测定结果分别为：53.80g、86.40、3.3 kg／cm~2、41.78、342.90 μm、1.40、6.8。

The results were as follows:(1) Reaction-time is a distinguishable item;(2)Reaction-time of seamen is longer than seafaring students;(3)Reaction-time are different of age group;(4)Reaction-time got one or two difference of seaman s work age,sailing age,headship,education,source and marriage.

结果表明：①反应时是一项鉴别力很高的项目；②海员的反应比航海专业学员的反应时长；③不同年龄海员组的反应时存在差异；④海员的其它个人特征如工龄、海龄、职务、学历、来源和婚否的不同对反应时的影响只表现在其中的个别方面或没有影响。

Methods 135 maintenance hemedialysis cases were divided into well-controlled hypertension group(61cases)and poorly-controlled hypertension group(74 cases). BMI, urine volume of residual renal, erythropoietin dosage, time of maintenance hemodialysis, change of body weight during hemodialysis intermission, hemodialysis mode, KT/V values, dry body, hemachrome concentration were recorded. Singer-variable analysis and multi-variable Logistic regression analysis were performed to examine the risk factors associated with poorly-controlled hypertension.

选择135例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象，根据血压控制情况分为血压控制正常组和血压控制不良组，观察并记录两组患者的年龄、性别、身体质量指数、残肾尿量、促红细胞生成素剂量、透龄、透析间期体重变化、透析方式、KT/V值、是否达透析干体重、血中血红蛋白浓度等指标，进行单因素分析和非条件多因素Logistic回归分析。

Methods The cochlear samples cochlea of guinea pig and mouse were infiltrated with increasing concentrations of sucrose, followed by degassed embedding medium before final orientation and freezing. The sections were stained by hematein、eosin and immunohistochemistry. The morphology of the tissue sections was observed.

取1天龄大鼠、成年豚鼠、成年小鼠耳蜗标本经蔗糖快速浸透，用离心管定向并用新型组织包埋剂Tissue-Tek包埋，液氮中快速冷冻后在恒冷箱切片机中切片，然后分别做苏木素、伊红染色和免疫组化染色，观察组织切片的形态结构。

In a pilot hennery, chitosan agents were applied to approach their functions on meat chicken's anti-oxidation activity and production performance by determining the superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities and malondialdehyde concentration in blood serum, and the immune organ index, percentage of abdomen fat, and ratio of chicken meat mass to feedstuff. The experiment as designed as 6 groups, with 100 one-day-old chickens for each.
