In order to understand the mechanism of the detoxication of the fluoride poisoned silkworm by naphthylamine compounds such as CRL, the effect of CRL on the activity of the glutathione peroxidase in the hemolymph of fluoride poisoned silkworm larvae was studied.

The neurohypophysis is only found in the dorsal region between the RPD and the PPD. The growth hormone cells do not differentiate in the PPD of the adenohypophysis, occupying 2/3 of the PPD until the larva is 5 days old.
