单纯血小板低引起出血与死亡的关系本组34例患者中95%的都有不同程度的皮肤瘀点，瘀斑、齿龈出血和鼻衄，女性患者可有月经过多，其中有3例患者在PT、APTT、FIB正常，排除DIC的情况下确诊为血小板低导致脑出血而死亡，占总死亡率的8.8%。
