目的 研究银杏黄酮对三氯化铝所致痴呆模型鼠学习记忆能力和海马内β-APP阳性神经元的影响，以期探讨银杏黄酮抗老年性痴呆的作用机制方法用三氯化铝致老年性痴呆模型大鼠实验对象，以其学习记忆能力、背海马和齿状回内β-APP阳性神经元的量为指标，全面考察银杏黄酮抗老年性痴呆的作用。

目的 研究银杏黄酮对三氯化铝所致痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力和海马内β-app阳性神经元的影响，以期探讨银杏黄酮抗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法用三氯化铝致老年性痴呆模型大鼠为实验对象，以其学习记忆能力、背海马和齿状回内β-app阳性神经元的数量为指标，全面考察银杏黄酮抗老年性痴呆的作用。

Method］Eighteen cases performed Vertex technique were included in this study. The early complications included vertebral artery injury (2 cases), logagnosia (1 case), anopsia(1 case), hematorrhea (1 case) and wrong instrumentation (1 case).

方法］对18例齿状突骨折伴寰枢椎脱位中的5例6项术中和术后早期发生的椎动脉损伤、失语、失明、大出血、置钉错误等并发症的原因进行分析，避免并发症的发生。
