选用健康豚鼠125 只，随机分成空白对照组和四个照射组，每组25只，空白对照组进行假照射，照射组分别给予总剂量为9Gy、15Gy、21Gy、30Gy的鼻部辐射，分别于照射后一周、一月、二月、三月、四月处死动物各5只，在光镜及电镜下动态观察鼻粘膜的病理变化，动物处死前行心脏穿刺采血，离心后取血清，检测IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的含量的变化。
