Methods Skin adhesive-EPIGLU was applied to the nasofacial wounds of 80 cases. For 50 cases with deep wounds, the soft tissue was sutured with 5-0 absorbable suture before the application of EPIGLU. EPIGLU was applied to directly conglutinate the wounds in 30 cases with superficial wounds without suture. All the patients were followed up for 30 days and the concrescence of wounds was observed.

将皮肤粘合剂爱必肤应用于鼻面部新鲜伤口共80例，其中50例较深伤口先经皮下5-0号可吸收缝线缝合皮下肌层，浅筋膜层对合皮肤后用爱必肤粘合伤口；30例较表浅伤口直接皮肤胶水粘合，观察创口愈合情况，随访30 d。

In type III muscles (16%) no or only a rudimentary depressor septi muscle is visible.

We performed a cadaver study to define the anatomic variations of the depressor septi muscle.

Three types of depressor septi muscles were identified.

Results The malar fat pad is an incrassate area of sub-dermal fat in mid-face. Its extension ranges from the junction of malar arch and malar bone body to nasolabial fold in lateral direction, and from the inferior margin of orbicularis oculi to lateral inferior part of the angle of mouth. In old cadaver the malar fat pad reaches the margin of mandible and forms an inverse triangle.

结果 颧脂肪垫为面中部皮下脂肪的一个增厚区域，它的范围外侧起自颧弓和颧骨体交界，内侧到达鼻唇沟，上界位于眼轮匝肌下缘，下界位于口角外下方，在老年尸体可达下颌缘，近似一个倒置的三角形。

The final result showed still residual tumor area, tongue base, right sublingular space and right maxilla bone and bilateral soft palate, pterygomandibular raphe, tonsil and right medial pterygoid muscle with extension to nasopharynx and nasal cavity.

最终结果表明，仍有残余肿瘤部位，舌根，右右舌下空间和上颌骨骨和双边软齶，翼突缝，扁桃体和右翼内肌与延伸至鼻咽部和鼻腔。
