Based on various testimonies including the 12 confessions at Khabarovsk Trial, Unit 731 based in Harbin and Unit 100 based in Changchun, besides using living humans as subjects in their experiments on anthrax and glanders as documented in the autopsy reports in Dugway Library, both mass produced anthrax. Unit 100 also mass produced glanders. Unit 731's monthly production capability of anthrax is 600kg. From 1941 to 1942, Unit 100 produced 1000kg of anthrax and over 500kg of glanders.

A subject was selected strictly from 30 healthy young people through nasal endoscopic examination, acoustic rhinometry measurement and CT scanning. Based on the CT image data of the subject, digital model of normal nasal cavity was reconstructed through Fluent 6.1.22 software. At the same time, according to the surgical requirements of FESS (remove the uncinate process and open the ethmoid sinus, maxillary sinus, and sphenoid sinus), post-FESS digital nasal cavity model was simulated. The viscous motion of nasal airflow before and after FESS was calculated by Navier-Stokes equations to compare the differences of airflow velocity, distribution, and pressure.

从30例健康青年人中，通过鼻内镜、鼻声反射测定仪及CT检查，严格筛选出一例研究对象，根据该入选对象的鼻腔CT影像资料，利用Fluent 6.1.22软件重建出正常鼻腔的数字模型，同时根据功能性鼻窦内镜手术的要求（切除钩突，开放筛窦、上颌窦和蝶窦）模拟出鼻内镜术后的鼻腔数字模型，再用Navier-Stokes方程对手术前后鼻腔气流的粘性运动进行数值计算，比较内镜手术前后鼻腔的气流速度、分布和压力的差异。

We choose 20 cases of fungal rhinosinusitis who were treated in our department between the year 2007.4 and 2008.4 as our study group and 5 cases of purely nasal septum deviation as control group. The 20 cases contain 19 cases of fungus ball and 1 case of chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis. Their age fluctuate from 19 to 80, and the average age is 51 . All of the 25 cases blood samples were taken to detect the 1-3-β-D glucosan with the kit produced by Beijing jinshanchuan technology company and under the MB—80 quickly microorganismal detection system.

采用北京金山川科技公司生产的试剂盒及MB—80微生物快速检测系统分别检测中国医科大学附属盛京医院耳鼻喉科于2007年4月至2008年2月经鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗，并经术后病理证实为真菌性鼻窦炎患者(19例为真菌球型，1例为慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎)的血液样品20例，患者年龄19岁—80岁，平均年龄51岁，采取中国医科大学附属盛京医院耳鼻喉科于2008年1月住院单纯鼻中隔偏曲患者的血液样品5例作为对照组，患者年龄16—56岁，平均年龄32岁(以上血样标本的采集患者均已签署知情同意书)。

Methods: Five cases were treated by transnasal endoscopic sphenoethmoidal optic canal decompression in clinic. Results: Three of them had their visual acuity improved from NLP, LP to 0.2～0.4 after the operation. the operative opportunity, merits of operative approaches, the key factors of treatment were discussed.

开展了经鼻内窥镜视神经管减压术，结果：采用经鼻内窥镜鼻内进路视神经管减压术5例，其中3例视力由术前的无光感、光感恢复到术后的0.2～0.4，讨论了手术时机、手术进路的优点和不足、影响疗效的主要因素。

Methods Five hundred and four specimens were isolated from the wounds and nasal vestibules of burn patients ,the hands and nasal vestibules of medical staffs and lay attendants and the surfaces of various equipments. From these specimens,58 strains of MRSA and 43 methicillin- sensitive staphylococcus aureus were isolated.
