鼻甲隔切除术

Objective: To observe the effect of septoplasty and partial turbinectomy on the peak flow of nose, and to evaluate the value of the peak flow of nose in the diagnosis of the nasal chronic diseases.

目的：观察鼻中隔矫正术和下鼻甲部分切除术对峰值鼻呼吸流量的影响，以确定峰值鼻呼吸流量在慢性鼻病中的诊断价值。

Methods: The peak flow of septoplasty and partial turbinectomy pre-and post-operation was measured using Mini Wright peak flow meter.

应用微型峰值鼻呼吸流量仪分别测定行鼻中隔矫正术和下鼻甲部分切除术患者的峰值鼻呼吸流量。

The septum rectifying procedure and partial inferior turbinectomy for the treatment of allergic rhinitis are very successful.

治疗组给予局麻下行鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术及下鼻甲黏膜部分切除术；对照组给予口服抗过敏药，1%麻可液滴鼻。

From 2003 to 2004,83 patients(166 sides) with nasal septum deviation were treated in our hospital,including 38 receiving submucous resection of nasal septum and 45 receiving submucous resection of nasal septum plus unilateral or bilateral partial inferior turbinectomy(SRNS+U/B PIT).

2003～2004年83例(166侧)鼻中隔偏曲男性患者在我院接受手术治疗，其中接受鼻中隔黏膜下切除术者38例，接受鼻中隔黏膜下切除加单或双侧下鼻甲部分切除术者45例。

Physical examination showed oropharyngeal stricture and nasal abnormality. The patients underwent UPPP in combination with partial inferior turbinectomy and/or submucous resection of nasal septum, and followed up for 1-2 years after operation.

检查证实同时有口咽狭窄和鼻部异常，在行UPPP手术同期行下鼻甲部分切除术和鼻中隔偏曲黏膜下切除术，术后随访1~2年。

Methods Total 349 patients, 265 case with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and 203 case underwent two partial inferior turbinectomy and 62 case underwent partial inferior and middle turbinectomy, 46 case with nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis and underwent nasal polypectomy and transnasal ethmoidectomy, 38 case with deviation of nasal septum and underwent septoplasty.

349例鼻腔术后患者（慢性肥厚性鼻炎265例，行双侧下鼻甲部分切除术的患者203例，行中下鼻甲部分切除术患者62例；鼻息肉摘除、筛窦开放术患者46例；鼻中隔矫正术患者38例）随机分为两组，A组181例采用&层叠式&方法鼻腔填塞并分次抽取，B组168例采用传统的&口袋式&方法鼻腔填塞及抽取。

The split between the two groups can hardly be papered over.

这两个团体间的分歧难以掩饰。
