MethodsThe pharmacologic action of the Magnolia biondii Pamp volatile oil nanometer bangosome was evaluated by observing its effect on Jimpy mice with swelling ear,capillary permeability and rats with allergic symptoms.

方法通过观察辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体对小鼠耳肿胀、小鼠毛细血管渗出率和变应性鼻炎大鼠过敏症状的影响，对其药理作用进行初步研究。

Results The Magnolia biondii Pamp volatile oil nanometer bangosome could significantly relieve the degree of swelling in Jimpy mice extended by p-xylene,inhibit the increased capillary permeability in Jimpy mice extended by HAC,and combat the symptoms of rhinocnesmus,sneezing,nasal discharge with a better effect than the Magnolia biondii Pamp volatile oil.

结果辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体能显著减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀程度，能显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠毛细血管通透性增加，并能有效对抗大鼠过敏性鼻炎所产生的鼻痒、喷嚏和流涕症状，疗效优于辛夷挥发油。

Objective To establish HPLC-UV method for determination of glycyrrhizin acid in compound nasal spray of glycyrrhizin and flower flos magnoliae,the chief active ingredient of formulation,glycyrrhizin acid,and to observethe therapeutic effect of this formulation on guinea pig's hypersensitive rhinitis.Methods A compound nasal spray formulation was prepared using extracts of glycyrrhizin and measured by HPLC-UV method.Mobile phase conˉsisted of methanol,0.2mol/L ammonium acetate and glacial acetic acid（67:33:1,v/v）,analytical column was Zorbax ODS C 18 and wavelength250nm.

目的 建立测定复方甘草和辛夷喷雾剂含量的方法并观察该制剂对豚鼠超敏性鼻炎的疗效方法以甘草提取的甘草甜素和辛夷花蒸馏提取液主药制备成鼻用喷雾剂，用反相高效液相色谱法测定制剂中甘草酸含量，检测波长为250nm，Zorbax ODS C 18 分析柱，流动相为甲醇：0.2mol/L醋酸铵：冰醋酸（67：33：1）。

Methods The intra-dermal test and intranasal provocation test with ragweed pollen allergen, and specific serum IgE determination were given to patients with pollenosis. Results 85 patients were proved as ragweed pollensis in 502 patients with pollenosis based on the ARIA standard. They received step-treatment and specific immunotherapy.
