Methods fifty patients with chronic sinusitis or rhinopolypus who had undergone endoscopic sinus surgery are random divided into control group and controlled hypotension group, each 25 patients. All patients are ASAⅠ-Ⅱ.Patients in B group were under endotracheal anesthesia with1.5—2% isoflurane and sodium nitroferricyanide 1ug/ with infusion pump to controlled hypotension. Patients in A group were under operation with local anesthesia.

将Ⅱ型Ⅱ期—Ⅲ期慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病人50例随机分为对照组和全麻控制性降压组，每组25例，两组病人均为ASAⅠ—Ⅱ级，控制性降压组采用气管内插管全麻下以硝普钠1ug/微量泵泵入及1.5—2%异氟醚持续吸入控制性降压，对照组采用局麻下手术。
