A549 cell line was stimulated with LPS (10 μg/mL) and then treated with Rs504393 (10 μg/mL) for 6 hours. ALI model was established with intranasal administration of LPS (5 mg/kg) in C57BL/6J mice. RS504393 (5 mg/kg) was administered 30 min before LPS dripped nasally. IL-8, IL-1β, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, monocyte chemoattractant protein-2, and the expressions of CCR1 and CCR2b were studied by using Realtime-RT-PCR, ELISA and cyto-flowmetry.

体外实验选用A549细胞系，应用LPS(10μg/mL)刺激合并RS504393(10μg/mL)治疗6 h后，流式细胞仪技术检测CCR1和CCR2的表达，ELISA法检测细胞培养上清液内白介素-8的浓度；体内实验选用C57BL/6J小鼠，腹腔注射RS504393(5 mg/kg)预处理30 min后经鼻滴入JPS(5 mg/kg)，LPS刺激4 h后收集BALF和肺脏标本，计数BALF内细胞总数，应用BCA法检测BALF内蛋白浓度，Realtime-RT PCR和ELISA法检测BALF和肺脏IL-1β、凝血酶原激活物抑制物-1和单核细胞趋化蛋白-2的表达。

目的 探讨糖尿病对耳鼻咽喉—头颈外科患者手术后并发症的影响以及糖尿病患者的围手术期治疗方法对51例接受耳鼻咽喉及头颈部不同类型手术的糖尿病患者，观察其围手术期并发症，并于术 3天改三餐前0.5h皮下注射速效胰岛素治疗，根据血糖的测定结果，开始剂量约为4～8U；对术后禁食需要补液的患者，按葡萄糖3～4g/胰岛素1U的比例给药，并每日监测血糖指标；术后进流质或半流质饮食的患者，于三餐前皮下注射胰岛素，按血糖测定情况给药，直至围手术期结束。

Results Apart from100%of delineating of the four rectus muscles,optic nerve and lacrinal gland,CT was able to depict not only about50%of oblique muscle,superior ophthalmic vein,ophthalmic artery and the trochlea,but also musculotendinous ring,aterior ethˉmoidal artery,posterior ethmoidal artery,medial and lateral long posterior ciliar artery,central retinal artery,inferior ophˉthalmic vein,supraorbital nerve,lacrimal sac,nasolacimal duct etc.

结果 眼眶水平CT断层扫描除对4条直肌、视神经、泪腺100%显示外，上斜肌、眼上静脉、眼动脉、滑车的显示率在近半数。另外，肌腱环、筛前筛后动脉、内外侧睫状后长动脉、视网膜中央动脉、眼下静脉、肌支动脉、眶上神经、泪囊、鼻泪管等也可显示。

对照组行经典的鼻内镜手术。手术后根据主观症状及复查时鼻内镜下局部状态对疗效做综合评价。结果实验组术后治愈36例，对照组32例；实验组术后并发症发生2例，对照组11例。结论保留部分钩突的鼻窦开放术，可最大程度保留鼻腔、鼻窦的生理功能和结构的完整性，可有效地保存鼻腔的保护屏障，减少钩突后方的鼻窦受到鼻腔气流的直接冲击。
