本文通过丙烯腈对大鼠肝脏Ca2+-ATPase和磷酸化酶A活性影响的研究，探讨了丙烯腈对动物肝脏钙稳态的影响，进一步阐明丙烯腈的毒作用机制。

The results indicated that an increase in BP, HR and the pressor response induced by the dPAG stmulation was caused by physostigmine microinjection without DKJ-21 pretreatment and no any change of BP and HR was observed after physostigmine administration with the pretreatment of DKJ-21. These results suggested that the location of central cholinergic system associated with the mechanism of the incidence of hypertension are mainly locate on the rVLM.

进一步的实验在正常血压大鼠上以DKJ-21预先处理后，由毒扁豆碱(0.4μg/0.1μl/site)微量注射至双侧rVLM引起的升压、加快心率、以及增强防御性升压反应的效应均被阻断，提示应激导致高血压时中枢内胆碱能系统活动异常增强的部位主要在于rVLM。

On the normotensive rat, pretreatment with verapamil (0.25 ug/0.1 ul/site), the blocker of calcium channels, by microinjection into the rVLM bilaterally, not only caused a complete block effect on the elevation of BP, HR and the pressor response to defense stimulation by the subsequent microinjection of physostigmine, glucocorticoid or mineralocorticoid (the same dosage as mentioned above) into the same sites, but also led to a slight reduction on the basal cardiovascular activities to a certain extent.

四、在正常血压大鼠上预先用钙通道阻断剂维拉帕米(0.25μg/0.1μl/site)微量注射至双侧rVLM，不仅能阻断随后在同部位微量注射毒扁豆碱(0.4μg/0.1μl/site)、肾上腺糖、盐皮质激素(分别为40ng/0.1μl/site)所致的升压、加快心率、以及电刺激dPAG诱发的防御性升压反应，而且能引起上述指标不同程度的较弱的降低。
