The correlations of eleven floral and fruit quantitative traits of Liriodendron interspecific hybrids(L. chinense×L. tulipifera) and its parent species were analysized.The aglycone and glycoside of flavonoid and carotinoids of perianth segment in the three groups were studied qualitatively and quantatively by high performance liquid chromatography.The results were as followed: The aglycone such as cyanidin, 6-hydroxyflavone and trans-chalcone and the glycoside such as glucose, rhamnose and galactose were discovered in Liriodendron interspecific hybrids and Liriodendron chinense,carotinoids such as lycopene and β-carotene were also discovered.

本文对鹅掌楸、北美鹅掌楸和杂交F_1的花果共11 个数量性状进行分析，并应用高效液相色谱对上述三大类群花被片类黄酮糖苷配基和结合糖及类胡萝卜素进行了定性和定量研究，结果如下：鹅掌楸和杂交鹅掌楸花被片类黄酮糖苷配基为花青素、6-羟基黄酮和反式查尔酮，糖苷配基结合糖为葡萄糖、鼠李糖和半乳糖；类胡萝卜素为β-胡萝卜素和番茄红素。

By means of GPC,IR,GC-MS,~(13)CNMR,~1HNMR,Methylation analysisetc,structural properties of PST-1 were identified as follows:The Mwof PST-1 was 3.44×10~6 Da and its optical rotation was _D~(20)=+0.110°(c0.1, H_2O); PST-1 constituted 8 simple sugars and the molar ratio was 2,4-Dimethoxy-Mannose:Rhamnose:Ara-binose:Xylose:Galactose:D-Galacturonic acid:Mannose:D-glucuronic acid=2%:5%:24%:9%:3%:1%:46%:10%;The chief bone of PST-1 was 1,3,6-linked-β-D-Man residue and the side chains contained Furanoid and Pyranoid residues.

结合GPC、旋光度测定、IR、GC-MS、~(13)CNMR、~1HNMR、高碘酸氧化法、Smith降解以及甲基化方法等分析测试方法，得到PST-1的单糖组成及结构表征，实验结果如下：红豆杉多糖PST-1是重均分子量为3.44×10~6 Da的支链多糖，旋光度为20D=+0.110~0(c0.1，H_2O)；PST-1单糖组成为：2，4-Dimethoxy-Mannose：Rhamnose：Arabinose：Xylose：Galactose：D-Galacturonic acid：Mannose：D-glucuronic acid=2％：5％：24％：9％：3％：1％：46％：10％；PST-1的骨架结构为：具有1，3，6-连接的β-D-甘露糖残基骨架，侧链分枝包括非还原末端的呋喃型α-L-阿拉伯糖残基、吡喃型α-L-阿拉伯糖残基、β-D-木糖残基、β-D-甘露糖残基、2，4-二氧甲基-β-D-甘露糖残基和α-D-葡萄糖醛酸残基；侧链的糖残基也可能存在2，5-二氧-取代呋喃型α-L-阿拉伯糖基、3-氧-取代的β-D-木糖残基、6-氧-取代的α-D-半乳糖醛酸残基、6-氧-取代的α-D-半乳糖残基、4-氧-取代的α-D-葡萄糖醛酸残基和2-氧-取代的α-L-鼠李糖残基，同时后者也可能穿插在主链上。

Main monosaccharide were Arabinose, Xylose, Mannose, Glucose and Galactose. The structure of SPG was studied by IR and alkaline β-elimination reaction. It was found that:(1) SFG contains α-glucosidic bonds;(2) the type of the glucosidic bonds was pyranose,(3) the protein was covalently linked with the carbohydrate by 0-glycosyl linkage.

We obtained five monomer compounds (compoundⅠ-compoundⅤ),quercetin, quercetin rhamnoside, hyperin, syringoside and eleutheroside E. That five compoundswere determined by HPLC in eight parts of Acanthopanax senticosus (flower, root, leaf fruit,shoot, new shoot, phloem of shoot, skin of shoot), which provide science bases for establishingquality evaluation system and settle infarctate foundation.

本文以从刺五加花蕾中寻找具有重要生物活性的天然化合物和建立质量评价标准为主要目的，对其化学成分进行研究，采用70％甲醇冷浸的方法对刺五加花蕾中的成分进行提取，运用大孔树脂吸附色谱法、硅胶柱层析法以及葡聚糖凝胶柱层析相结合的方法进行分离，得到5种单体化合物，分别为槲皮素、槲皮素鼠李糖苷、金丝桃苷、紫丁香苷和刺五加苷E；利用高效液相色谱法对这5种化合物在刺五加花蕾中的含量进行了测定；考察了8个部位(花蕾、根、叶、果、茎干、新枝、茎韧皮部、茎皮)中这5种化合物的含量分布情况，并作一比较，为今后建立刺五加质量评价体系提供了科学依据，奠定了坚实的基础。

Objective to establish a method for simultaneous determination of rutin, hyperin, isoquercitrin, 4,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid and isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside in Herba Artemisiae Capillariae.

目的 建立同时测定茵陈中芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、4，5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、异鼠李素－3-O-葡萄糖苷含量的方法，为茵陈药材的质量控制提供依据。

Results The linear response range was 0.9420-18.84mg L^(-1)(r=0.9995), 1.190-23.79 mg L^(-1)(r=0.9995), 1.107-22.14 mgL^(-1)(r=0.9994), 56.78-1.136×10^3 mgL^(-1)(r=0.9990) and 0.6219-12.44 mgL^(-1)(r=0.9998), respectively (n=5). The average recoveries (n=9) of rutin, hyperin, isoquercitrin, 4, 5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid and isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside were 98.1%, 100.7%, 98.4%, 100.2% and 101.7%, respectively.

结果 芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、4，5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、异鼠李素－3-O-葡萄糖苷质量浓度分别在0.942~18.84mgL^(-1)(r=0.9995)、1.190~23.79mgL^(-1)(r=0.9995)、1.107~22.14mgL^(-1)(r=0.9994)、56.78~1.136×10^3 mgL^(-1)(r=0.9990)、0.6219~12.44mgL^(-1)(r=0.9998)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(n=5)；方法回收率(n=9)分别为98.1%、100.7%、98.4%、100.2%、101.7%。
