The analysis of 14 cases with granular myringitis who had been operated in the past 7 years is reported the clinical experience of surgical treatment in granular myringitis about cure rare and accidental ear drum perforation rate during the surgery.

本研究是在探讨肉芽性鼓膜炎手术治疗法的成功率及手术中鼓膜意外穿孔机率，而对过去7年间所手术之14病例，做一回顾性研究。

All of the 14 cases with granular myringitis were cured after the surgery without recurrence during the follow-up period from 1982 to 1994 (including 1 case had been observed for 1 year and 1 case for 3 years, the other 12 cases had been observed in range of 6-12 years, average 8 years).

经过长期追踪检查，除了A组有2例只移植外耳道皮肤至鼓膜的病患，分别只追踪了1年及3年外，其余12例皆追踪至民国83年，期间为6至12年，平均为8年，此14例尚无发现有复发的情形，且鼓膜皆完整。
