This paper had reported the results of investigation of amphibian resources and fauna characterization,which revealed 21 species or subspecies of amphibia(belonging to 11 genera,7 families and 2 orders) in this reserve.

报道了黑石顶自然保护区两栖动物资源和区系特征的调查结果。已知有21种11属7科2目。

The results demonstrated that MC1R gene of bird was relatively conserved. The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that consanguinity relations between mule duck, anas platyrhynchos and branta bernicla, anser caerulescens, anser canagica were close.The status of them were confirmed on zoologyl by means of molecular method.

可见禽类的MC1R 基因编码区序列具有高度的保守性；系统进化分析表明，半番鸭、北京鸭与雪雁、黑雁、皇雁亲缘关系相近，从分子角度验证了它们在动物学分类上的地位。

The total RNA from brain tissue of substantia nigra of PD rats is extracted at the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th week and comparison is made between it and that from normal rats. The total RNA, after RNA formaldehyde degenerated sepharose electrophoresis and separation and Northern transfer, is adsorbed unto colloxylin membrane. Then ECL labeled Selenoprotein P and an unknown gene fragment are used as probes to hybridize with the RNA on the colloxylin membrane. And the hybridized result is obtained with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Finally, analysis of OD is made using ONE-Dscan software.

分别提取1周、2周、1月、2月的帕金森大鼠（各8只）黑质区脑组织总RNA，并取相对应时间的正常大鼠的脑组织总RNA作为对照，经RNA甲醛变性琼脂糖凝胶电泳分离后，通过Northern转移，将其吸附在硝酸纤维素膜上，然后利用ECL标记的Selenoprotein P和一段未知基因为探针，与硝酸纤维素膜上的RNA分子进行杂交，再通过显影取得杂交的结果，应用ONE-Dscan软件进行光密度值分析。

The results of the study on the occurrence, distrbution and natural control effect of fourteen parasitic wasps parasitized on two scales in Zhejiang citrus planting areas are presented. The results indicated that Microterys flovus How., M. ceroplastae Prirtsloo, M.sp and Metaphycus pulvinariae How. of Encyrtidae and Coccophagus iycimnia of Aphelindae are predominant, the rate of parasitism is 80-100%. If any one of the above mentioned five species of parasitic wasp is occurred in the orchard, the damage caursed by those two scales could be controlled.

本文对浙江桔区这两类蚧虫的14种寄生蜂的发生、分布及其天然制约作用进行了深入研究，以跳小蜂科的软蚧花翅跳小蜂、蜡蚧花翅跳小蜂、黑褐花翅跳小蜂、软蚧阔柄跳小蜂和蚜小蜂科的赖食软蚧蚜小蜂为优势种，寄生率高达80%～100%，在桔园只要有上述5种中任何一种寄生蜂存在，足以控制两类蚧虫为害。
