摘要］ 目的通过对慢性泪囊炎患者施行泪囊鼻腔吻合术，手术中在制作泪囊鼻黏膜瓣前应用甲基纤维素，评价其在提高泪囊鼻腔吻合术成功率的作用。

MethodsEthanol was used to establish the gastric ulcer model in mouse gastral cavity. The contents of NO,NOS and ET in peripheral tissues of gastric ulcer were detected (P＜0.01). ResultsThe UI of berberine-treated groups (25,50 mg/kg) was less than that of the model group.

Results In cystitis glandularis tissue AQP1 mainly expressed in the endothelial cells of micrangium,the immunohistochemical positive exponent was 35.947;AQP2 expressed in the cell membrane and periplasm of the mucosa epithelial cells,the immunohistochemical positive exponent was 34.644;and AQP3 did not express.

结果：在腺性膀胱炎组织中AQP1主要表达在微血管内皮细胞，免疫组化阳性指数35.947；AQP2主要表达在炎性膀胱黏膜上皮细胞的胞膜及胞质内，免疫组化阳性指数34.644；AQP3则呈阴性表达。

The same procedure was carried out 14 days later. Results The temperature of inferior segment of esophagus was significantly increased at 60min. The temperature of physic liquor was significant higher than that of perfusion. The temperature of perfusion was becoming significantly increased at 5min (P.05). The WBC, PLT, ALT, AST, Cr and CO2CP of preoperative and postoperative had no significant changes. Only lightly peritoneum dropsy and infiltrate slight phlegmasia were observed postoperatively and 14 days later. There were no significant differences among groups.

结果 在60min时食道下段温度显著升高，灌注温度明显高于抽取温度，抽取温度5min时开始升高(P.05)；各组术前和术后WBC、PLT、ALT、AST、Cr和CO2CP无明显变化，组间比较也无明显差异；术后和术后2wk腹膜均见轻度水肿、少量的炎细胞浸润；吻合口见黏膜层有小溃疡形成，表面有渗出，组间无明显差异。

Bronchial mucosa cilia structure abnormality is common in acute stage of children with RRTI,but the majority of which were secondary cilia structure abnormality and adverted change,it is hope to recover after therapy,so we should make active anti-infection measure to treat children with RRTI while exploring cause to prevent unadverted change.

RRTI患儿急性期普遍存在着支气管黏膜纤毛上皮结构的异常，且多为继发性异常及可逆性损害，故对于RRTI患儿在查找病因的同时应积极进行抗炎对症治疗，防止纤毛结构异常发展为不可逆性的损害。
