Results Four weeks after surgery, animals in DO group showed an increased voiding frequency, higher voiding pressure and irregular nonvoiding contractions (n=12, P.05). We found increasing mutual connection and multilayer construction in suburothelium and intermuscular layers of DO but not DS and control bladders.

METHODS: BMSCs were obtained from Japanese big-eared rabbits, and in vitro cultured.
