Objective:To observe clinical effect of PPH combined with heamorrhoidlysant injection in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse.

目的：探讨吻合器痔上黏膜及黏膜下层组织环切术配合消痔灵注射在直肠内脱垂治疗中的临床应用。

Methods:Clinical data of 22 patients with internal rectal prolapse received PPH followed by haemorrhoidlysant injection.

对22例直肠内脱垂患者行吻合器痔上黏膜及黏膜下层组织环切术配合消痔灵注射治疗的临床资料进行分析总结。

Because the skin wound is serious than the skin scalds. 3 The result of using OCT to monitor the model of acetic acid gastric ulcer in rats:Results of this experiment showed that using OCT technology can identify theulcerative gastric mucosa tissues with normal tissues, make the imaging on theunder-layer of gastric mucosa tissues, and evaluate the healing period and healingquality. From the OCT images can be clearly found the acetic acid gastric ulcer.

3大鼠胃溃疡模型的OCT成像检测结果：实验结果显示利用OCT能够实现溃疡组织的成像，可显示正常胃壁组织的层次性结构，对于溃疡病变过程中可对黏膜下病变的深度与状况进行成像分析，从图像可以很明显的发现溃疡性炎症病变区域(这个区域由于散射光变弱，颜色相对比较暗)，在愈合的后期黏膜层基本愈合的状态下仍可显示黏膜下层组织的增生、未能完全愈合等病理改变。
