METHODS: A series of 20 normal gastric mu-cosal samples, 14 intestinal metaplasia, 27 dysplasia and 16 early gastric carcinomas were examined for the expression of PTEN using En-Vision immunohistochemistry.

共收集57例病变，按病理级别分为慢性胃炎伴肠上皮化生14例，异型增生27例，早期胃癌16例，另取20例正常胃黏膜作为对照。

试验结果表明：（1）各试验组网胃和瓣胃的黏膜结构均比较完整；（2）网胃和瓣胃的鲜重及鲜重/体重随日粮中粗料比例的增加而提高，Ⅲ组网胃和瓣胃的鲜重比Ⅰ组分别高出21.90%和19.93%(P＜0.05)；鲜重/体重方面，Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组分别高出29.86%和27.68%(P＜0.05)；（3）随日粮中粗饲料含量的增加，网胃和瓣胃的组织形态发育情况更好。

三、纤维支气管镜检查所有患者经纤维支气管镜检查前均查痰找抗酸杆菌1~3次，除2例痰菌阳性外，余为阴性；在纤维支气管镜直视下观察气管、支气管及各肺段、支气管黏膜，经取活检、刷检做病理细胞学检查及细菌学检查；以支气管内膜异常并经病理组织为结核病变或结核菌涂片阳性诊断支气管内膜结核。
