摘要］ 目的研究反复呼吸道感染患儿急性期与恢复期支气管黏膜纤毛上皮结构的特点与变化，临床治疗的有效性提供客观依据方法选择符合儿童RRTI诊断标准的患儿38例作为研究对象，分别于急性期及恢复期在纤维支气管镜下夹取支气管黏膜组织，电镜下观察纤毛上皮结构的特点并比较纤毛异常的发病率，探讨RRTI患儿治疗后纤毛的恢复情况。

Methods:87 patients with suspected SMTs were examined by EUS with mEUS (Olympus UM-3R, 20MHz; UM-2R, 12MHz), some of which were subjected to endoscopic therapy or surgery operation according to the different deriving layers of SMTs.
