3′ 甲氧基葛根素是从常用中药野生葛根中分离提取出来的一种具有很强生物活性的异黄酮类化合物。

Appraised the clinical effect of the flavone of rhizome drynania on Senile Osteoporosis, according to the dynamic observation on integrative scores of lumbodorsal pain and lumbodynia,"VAS section grading method" on lumbodynia,"Barthel index rating method" on ADL, detected BMD on anterior-posterior position lumbar2~4 vertebra body and proximate of femur including neck/ward/troch, and determined the index of bone transition including BGP/PINP/ICTP through the radioimmunity method before and after treated half a year, then contrast intragroup and selfgroup. Depending on the standard of curative effect, contrast the difference of curative effect between two groups.

采用随机对照的方法，分为治疗组36例，对照组34例，依据对腰背痛及腰痛综合评分进行动态观察；依据&疼痛VAS线段分级法&对腰背痛（静止痛、翻身痛、久坐痛、起身痛、弯腰痛、步行痛、睡眠痛、叩击痛、压痛）进行量化动态观察；依据&Barthel指数评定法&对老年性骨质疏松症日常生活活动能力进行观察；采用双能X线骨密度仪对腰椎(L2-L4)、股骨近端各部位：股骨颈、股骨三角区、股骨粗隆进行骨密度定量检测；应用放射免疫法对骨转换指标进行测定，骨形成指标：骨钙素、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽；骨吸收指标：Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽等，评价骨碎补总黄酮治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床效果。

After 1 month, the effect of lumbodynia on sleep is extremely trifling; after 2 months, the majority of rest and prolonged sitting pains nearly vanished; after 3 months, the majority of pains while to turn the body over/to get up/bend from the waist/tenderness/percussion pain can amend, but a piece of patients still showed the pain that bend from the waist and the percussion pain.

运用骨碎补总黄酮治疗3个月后，各种行为方式引起的腰背痛均有不同程度的改善，其中治疗1个月后腰背痛对睡眠的影响较小，治疗2个月后多数静止痛、久坐痛基本消失，治疗3个月多数翻身痛、起身痛、步行痛、压痛可缓解，但部分病人仍然呈现出一定程度的弯腰痛和腰背叩击痛。

The total flavanone of Humunus Lupulus L. was extracted and determined in the experiment.

［目的］对啤酒花总黄酮进行提取和含量测定。

Methods Total flavanone of Humunus Lupulus L. was extracted with ultrasonic wave technique. Its content was determined with spectrophotometry.

方法］采用超声波技术辅助乙醇回流法提取啤酒花总黄酮，用分光光度法进行了含量测定。

Results The total flavanone content of Humunus Lupulus L. was 42.8mg/g, recovery rate was 99.5% and RSD was 2.4%(n=6). Compared with the orthodox method, more than 16.3% of extraction rate was produced.

结果］啤酒花总黄酮的含量为42.8 mg/g，平均回收率为99.5%，RSD=2.4%(n=6)，与传统法相比，提取率增长了16.3%。
