Isoflavones of Cicer arietium L. can be extracted by mixture solvent method.

以鹰嘴豆为原料用混合溶剂法提取异黄酮，方法可行。

METHODS:(1) Ethanol extraction and ethyl acetate purification were used to extract isofiavones from Cicer arietium L.. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the better Ethanol extraction conditions.

(1)以新疆地产鹰嘴豆为原料，经脱脂，乙醇提取，乙酸乙酯萃取，得到总异黄酮，采用正交试验优选出最佳工艺。
