结果：胡枝子总黄酮能降低尿蛋白含量，提高SOD活力及ATCO能力而降低血中MDA ，并抑制IL -8，TNF -α的分泌。

The optimal static adsorbing time and desorbing time were both 5 h, the optimal concentration of sample was 3.7 mg/mL, flow speed was 2 mL/min, and eluted with ethanol at the concentration of more than 70% which volume was ten times of elution bed volume, what was better in eluotropic effect with smaller in tailing level. Conclusion HPD100 macroporous resin could be used in the purification of the total flavonoids in Lignum Dalbergiae odoriferae.

结果 静态试验选出HPD100树脂，其最佳静态吸附时间和解吸附时间均为5 h，样品溶液浓度为3.7 mg/mL，吸附流速为2 mL/min，10倍床体积的70%以上浓度乙醇洗脱，可解吸附70%的降香总黄酮。
