黄酮

Determination of functional components in foods and Chinese herbs as well as evaluation of biological activity – Both foods and Chinese herbs investigated include soybean, Ziziphus jujuba , Lycium barbarum , Gynostemma pentaphyllum , Taraxacum formosanum , Rhinacanthus nasutus , Scutellaria barbata , etc. Functional components investigated include carotenoid, chlorophyll, flavonoid, phenolic acid, polysaccharide, saponin, isoflavone, etc. In my lab we have developed many LC-MS methods for determination of these components and proved their antiproliferation effect on cancer cells and anti-inflammatory activity.

食品及中草药有效成分测定及其对生物活性的影响-探讨的食品包括大豆、蕃茄、芒果等等，中草药包括红枣、枸杞、七叶胆、蒲公英、仙鹤灵芝草、半枝莲等等，有效成分则包括类胡萝卜素、叶绿素、类黄酮、酚酸、多醣、皂苷、异黄酮等等，本实验室已成功开发多种LC-MS方法测定这些成分并证实这些成分具有抑制癌细胞增生及抗发炎的功效，已有多篇论文发表於国际著名期刊。

The highest total flavonoid rate was 1.127%. An all-round evaluation for the antioxidant activity of the flavonoids extract from zizania-bract was carried out with that of ascorbic acid as the control. The evaluation indexes included the cleanup rate of the polyphenolic extract towards superoxidized anionic radicals, hydroxyl radicals, DPPH free radicals, the deoxidizing ability, and the antioxidant activity towards the peroxidize of lipids and edible oils.

采用抗坏血酸作为对照，全面测定了茭白苞叶总黄酮对超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基、DPPH自由基的清除率，以及还原能力、抗脂质过氧化活性和对食用油脂的抗氧化性的影响，结果表明，白苞叶中的总黄酮是一种有开发价值的天然抗氧化剂。

Four main parts were included in this dissertation:(1) Precise measurement of Gvalues of hydrogen peroxide in the reactions of flavonoids with superoxide anion andα-hydroxy ethyl peroxyl radicals;(2) Kinetic studies of the reactions of typicalflavonoids with α-hydroxy ethyl peroxyl radicals;(3) HPLC-MS analysis of theproducts after γ-irradiating rutin ethanol solution saturated with air, a reactionmechanism was proposed;(4) Preliminary investigation on the reaction between rutinand peroxynitrite.

本论文的内容主要包括四部分：(1)黄酮类化合物在与超氧阴离子自由基以及α-羟乙基过氧自由基反应的过程中生成的过氧化氢G值的准确测定；(2)几种典型的黄酮类化合物与α-羟乙基过氧自由基的反应动力学研究：(3)空气饱和芦丁乙醇溶液经γ-辐照后产物的HPLC-MS分析及反应机理推测；(4)对芦丁与过氧亚硝酸盐的反应做了初步的探索。

Deoxybenzoin(3) was prepareded by using the resorcinol and substituted phenylacetic as starting meterials in microwave-mediated.Then the compound(3) was reacted with acetic anhydride to produce(4).The compound(4) was hydrolyzed to convert compound(5) in the acid-mediated. The compound(5) was reacted with the 1,2-dibromo-ethane and 1,3-dibromo-propane in refluxed condition with acetone as solvent to give(6) or(7),respectively.Lastly,the title compounds were synthesized by refluxing(6) or(7) with 2-methyl-benzimidazole and potassium carbonate in acetone solution.

以取代苯乙酸和间苯二酚为起始原料，用微波辐射法合成脱氧安息香(3)，(3)与乙酸酐缩合生成2-甲基-7-乙酰氧基异黄酮(4)，(4)在酸性条件下水解生成相应的异黄酮(5)，化合物(5)分别与1，2-二溴乙烷和1，3-二溴丙烷反应生成(6)和(7)，化合物(6)和(7)再分别与2-甲基苯并咪唑偶合生成目标化合物。

This thesis is constituted by four parts: In the first part a summarization is given on the main total synthetic methods of isoflavones, for example, deoxybenzoin method which generally involves two steps wherein a phenol is reacted in the presence of a Lewis acid with phenylacetic acid to generate an intermediate deoxybenzoin which is then cyclized with a one carbon electrophile.

本论文主要工作包括四部分：第一章综述了近年来全合成异黄酮的主要方法：脱氧安息香法，是以多羟基苯酚与苯乙酸或苯乙腈在Lewis酸存在下，反应生成中间体脱氧安息香，然后再与亲电碳试剂进行关环反应生成异黄酮。

According to the authors of the Thorax paper, the protective effect from apples is attributable to their powerful phytochemical content, which includes flavonoids, isoflavonoids, and phenolic acids.

据作者胸部皮的保护作用，从苹果，是因为其强大的植物的内容，其中包括黄酮，异黄酮，酚酸。

The contents of mineral elements, like Fe, in LMTCMs were higher than that of nor-LMTCM. The result of analysis of mineral element of 14 LMTCMs by ICP-MS method also showed the content of Fe have something to do with lung meridian tropism effects. The result of the study of platycodon radix approved the laws too. These laws were used to predict if the marine medicines have the lung meridian tropism effects.2. The Compatibility laws of Medicines and their chemical composition in LSP were studied by mining the data of the constituent herbs and their chemical composition. The results showed that the most constituent medicines of lung system prescriptions have lung meridian tropism. Radix glycyrrhizae, herba ephedrae, semen armeniacae amarum, fructus schisandrae Chinese and their compatibility are common in lung system prescriptions. Terpene, alkaloid, steroid, and flavanoid compounds and their compatibility are common in lung system prescriptions.3. The marine phycophyta medicines of LSP were studied by the same method.

对比归肺经中药及肺系方剂主要化学成分构成，萜类、生物碱、甾体类成分可能是归肺经中药及肺系方剂的主要药效成分；结合君臣佐使药的化学成分构成特点及肺系方剂组成中药的归经构成情况，肺系方剂组方设计应该考虑以下几个方面：一、优先考虑归肺经中药，在应用不归肺经中药时要配伍归肺经中药；二、组方时应考虑含萜类、甾体及生物碱类化合物的中药；治疗肺咳病及咳嗽症状时可以考虑含萜类化合物的中药，治疗气喘症状时可以考虑含生物碱类化合物的中药；三、在确定组方中药或化学成分配伍关系时，君药多考虑含生物碱、黄酮类化合物的中药；臣药、佐药可以考虑含萜类及甾体类化合物中药；使药可以考虑含萜类、甾体类及黄酮类化合物的中药。

The optimum technology of extracting flavonoids in polygonatum was studied by orthogonal test.

用正交试验法对玉竹中的黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了优选研究，采用正交表L16(4^5)，以提取时间、提取温度、提取次数、提取剂中乙醇含量以及料液比为因素，以总黄酮显色液的吸光度为指标进行试验。

为了实现愈见贫乏的全球资源的优化利用，造福人类，以满足全社会对保健功效卓著的大豆异黄酮的需求，迫切需要研究开发从大豆和豆粕中富集提取大豆异黄酮。

Compared with solvent extraction, the extraction time of microwave extraction was reduced from 20 h to 450 s, the extraction rate was increased from 79.86% to 92.23%, and that AB-8 was used to extract Chimonanthus praecox Link. flavonoids were very effective and low cost.

与溶剂浸提法相比，采用微波法提取腊梅花总黄酮提取时间由20 h缩短为450 s，提取率从79.86%提高到92.23%，而且AB-8分离腊梅花总黄酮分离效果明显，成本低。

On the other hand, the more important thing is because the urban housing is a kind of heterogeneity products.
