摘 要：简述了北美黄连的概况，对北美黄连的提取工艺进行了实验研究，最后对北美黄连中所含主要生物碱———北美黄连碱和小檗碱进行了几种分离方法和实验研究。

Hydrastine(97.7%) was obtained with extracted rate 65%by extracting the Goldenseal with mixed Solvent;Berberine hydrochloride (99.9%) was obtained by adding hydrochloride acid to alcohol (alcohol∶H 2O=1∶1) solution of the extract and Hydrastine (99.5%) was gained by CLC method with the yield 1%.
