Gianott's disease (popular acrodermatitis of childhood), which occurs especially in young children, consists of crops of nonpruritic papules, lymphadenopathy and acute anicteric hepatitis with the presence of hepatitis B surface antigen.

Gianotti氏病（又称小儿丘疹性末端皮肤炎）在台湾为一罕见之小儿疾病，此病一般发生於6个月~12岁之间的孩童，临床上呈现特徵之皮疹，淋巴腺肿大及非黄疸性之急性肝炎伴HBsAg阳性。

Here, we report a case of acute Q fever complicated with mild jaundice and pleuritis. He did not respond well to doxycycline or levofloxacin initially, but recovered subsequently with adjuvant steroid therapy.

在此报告一例急性Q热合并黄疸及肋膜炎的个案，病患住院接受doxycycline及levofloxacin治疗但反应不佳，合并类固醇治疗后痊愈。

Results 76.92% of the AFLP cases occur in primipara and 69.23% with male fetus. Prodromic symptoms include malaise, nausea, vomiting, jaundice. Laboratory results indicated coagulopathy, liver function abnormalities, hypoglycemia, hypoproteinemia and negative uric bilirubin. There occurred two maternal deaths (15.4%) but no fetal deaths.

结果 AFLP76.92%发生于初产妇，男性胎儿占69.23%，前驱症状为乏力、纳差、恶心、呕吐、黄疸，实验室检查示凝血病、肝功能异常、低血糖、低蛋白血症、尿胆红素阴性，产妇死亡2例，占15.4%，无围产儿死亡。

Except for the death, all cases got satisfying results and the serumal bilirubin decreased to nornal level within 2 weeks.

除死亡病例外，所有患者经积极围手术期相关处理，病情转为平稳，介入治疗后黄疸明显减轻，2周左右胆红素指标基本恢复正常。
