Here, we report a case of acute Q fever complicated with mild jaundice and pleuritis. He did not respond well to doxycycline or levofloxacin initially, but recovered subsequently with adjuvant steroid therapy.

在此报告一例急性Q热合併黄疸及肋膜炎的个案，病患住院接受doxycycline及levofloxacin治疗但反应不佳，合併类固醇治疗后痊癒。

Abstract〕Objective To investigate the changes of apoptosis of peripheral polymorphonuclear neutrophil in the rats with obstructive jaundice.

目的：探讨梗阻性黄疸大鼠外周血中性粒细胞凋亡的改变。

Results 76.92% of the AFLP cases occur in primipara and 69.23% with male fetus. Prodromic symptoms include malaise, nausea, vomiting, jaundice. Laboratory results indicated coagulopathy, liver function abnormalities, hypoglycemia, hypoproteinemia and negative uric bilirubin. There occurred two maternal deaths (15.4%) but no fetal deaths.

结果 AFLP76.92%发生于初产妇，男性胎儿占69.23%，前驱症状为乏力、纳差、恶心、呕吐、黄疸，实验室检查示凝血病、肝功能异常、低血糖、低蛋白血症、尿胆红素阴性，产妇死亡2例，占15.4%，无围产儿死亡。

Results:There was no significant difference among A,B,C group in the terms of the incision,abdominal and pulmonic infection incidence rate,but there was significant difference in terms of the pollution rate of incision and abdominal cavity and the operation time.

具有以下因素之一者不列为本组研究对象：急性胆囊炎，术前有黄疸，糖尿病，免疫缺陷性疾病，术前长期服用激素类药物，有慢性呼吸道疾病史，术前3周内胆囊炎急性发作，孕妇肝硬化肝功能失代偿期。

结论对一般情况较差、肿瘤靠近肝门部且分离胆总管、肝总管或左、右肝管困难者或手术耐受差的恶性梗阻性黄疸患者，选择经胆囊床穿刺支架空肠内引流术。
