Objective To observe the effect of early application of microecological preparationand nonnutritive suckingon jaundice in premature infants.

目的 观察早期应用微生态制剂联合非营养性吸吮对早产儿黄疸的干预效果。

According to intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct has dilation or not, ultrasound can quickly make the diagnosis of obstructive or nonobstructive jaundice.

超声根据肝内外胆管有无扩张，能够快速做出梗阻性和非梗阻性黄疸的诊断。

Results CT had a higher accuracy for the position,noxa and qualitative diagnosis of obstructive jaundice.

结果 CT检查对梗阻性黄疸部位、病因及定性诊断准确性较高。

Results It showed that the serum active enzymatic of 5′-NT in hepatic and gall diseases,osteal diseases levels were increase, especially the more significant increase of the serum active enzymatic of 5′-NT in level appeared in the patients with hepatic and gall diseases,osteal diseases .

结果 发现在肝胆疾病和骨骼疾病时，血清5′-NT酶活性升高，尤其是急性黄疸型肝炎、肝癌、胆道疾病患者血清5′-NT酶活性差异有非常显著性（ P ＜0.01）时，随病情好转，血清5′-NT酶活性有所降低。

Results:There were no abdominal pain and fever,jaundice faded away gradually postoperation.Biliary drainage was 300ml-1000ml/d more or less.Colour of bile changed into normal by degrees.Intra peritoneal drainage was open and the colour was light bloody.Amount of drainage dropped off day after day.Whole blood cell test, serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase,serum glutamic oxalacetic transarninase,total serum protein,serum albumin and serum globulin returned to normal in first week postoperation.Serum bilirubin,serum glutamyltranspetidase and serum alkaline phosphatase declined gradually in first week postoperation.T-tube was clipped at twelfth day postoperation.T-tube Cholangiography was clear at 24~ day postoperation.

结果：术后无上腹部绞痛、高热，黄疸逐渐减退，每日引流胆汁300ml-1000ml不等，由淡黄色混浊、内有胆泥过渡到金黄色清亮的正常胆汁，腹腔引流通畅，引流液为淡红色，量从最初的200ml迅速过渡到10ml，血常规、血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白等1周内均恢复正常，血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶逐渐下降，术后12d夹闭T管，术后24d T管造影提示左、右肝管及胆总管下端通畅，无狭窄。

主要体征有肝大(98.2％)、消瘦(30％)、脾大(19.7％)、黄疸(16.7％)、腹水(4％)、蜘蛛痣(4％)等。82％病例自首发症至就诊时的病程为6个月以内，仅18％在6个月以上。

We report on a case of a 10-year-old who had atypical presentation of Kawasaki disease with significant hepatobiliary dysfunction, including hepatomegaly and jaundice, and persistent fever. he did not have conjunctivitis until the 8 day of fever, and periungual desquamation and strawberry tongue until the 13 day offever when Kawasaki disease was diagnosed.

我们报告一例十岁男童以肝肿大及黄疸等肝功能异常及持续发烧来表现的川崎氏症，其到了发烧后第八天出现结膜炎，第十三天出现草莓舌及四肢末段落屑情形，经超音波检查发现多处冠状动脉已出现动脉瘤。

Here, we report a case of acute Q fever complicated with mild jaundice and pleuritis. He did not respond well to doxycycline or levofloxacin initially, but recovered subsequently with adjuvant steroid therapy.
