RESULTS The blood biochemistry index of the huanghankang treated group is much lower than others; The RPE thickness of the three groups has no difference; Compare to the positive control group, the Bruch membrane thickness of the huanghankang treated group is thinner.

结果 黄斑康治疗组血脂、血液流变学、丙二醛（maleic dialdehyde，MDA）指标明显低于阳性药物对照组和阴性对照组；黄斑康治疗组与阴性对照组、阳性药物对照组比较，色素上皮（retinal pigment epithelium，RPE）厚度无明显差异；黄斑康治疗组与阳性药物对照组比较，玻璃膜厚度变薄；黄斑康治疗组与阴性对照组比较，玻璃膜厚度变薄。

Results Among the 105 patients,the postoperative hypopsia were caused by keratopathy in 37,optic nerve atrophy in 21,macularpathy of high myopia in 15, diabetic retinopathy in 11,senile macular degeneration in 8,cystoid macular edema in 7,idiopathic macular hole in 4 and idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane in 2 respectively.

结果 本组低视力病例中37例为角膜病变，21例为视神经萎缩，高度近视黄斑病变15例，糖尿病性视网膜病变11例，老年性黄斑变性8例，黄斑囊样水肿7例，特发性黄斑裂孔4例，特发性黄斑前膜2例。

It not only can relieve the traction of retinal inner limiting membrane to retina and clivus of fovea but also can get rid of the virose substance adhered firmly to the surface of macular, improve the macular's metabolize, accelerate the furbish of the function of macular.

视网膜内界膜剥离在玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用越来越广泛，其不但可以解除内界膜对黄斑中心凹处视网膜的牵引，还可以清除紧密附着在黄斑前视网膜表面的毒性物质，改善黄斑区局部的代谢，有利于黄斑功能的恢复。

The macular threshold and FM 100-hue test in 46 patients with normal vi- sion in one eye and suffering from AMD in the fellow eyes, and 46 age-matched normal subjects were observed with FM 100-hue test、Macular threshold program of Humphrey field analyzer and Amlser gride test.

八、单侧老年性黄斑变性对侧眼的黄斑阈值及FM100-色调试验检测采用FM100-色调试验仪、Humphrey视野分析仪黄斑阈值程序Amsler表对46例单侧AMD对侧眼和46只眼年龄相匹配的正常对照组进行检查。

Research background: Choroidal neovascularization is a common cause of vision loss in patients, which often resulted from exudative Age-related macular degeneration、 pathologic myopia、 central serous chorioretinopathy、ocular histoplasmosis and angioid streaks, Rarely, CNV is seen in children, usually in association with inherited macular dystrophies. Despite extensive basic and clinical research, our knowledge of the complicated molecular mechanism of CNV is still limited, for these reasons currently used therapeutic approaches are insufficiently effective.

课题研究背景：脉络膜新生血管(choroidal neovascularization，CNV)是导致视力丧失的一种常见原因，多继发于渗出型年龄相关性黄斑变性、近视性黄斑变性、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜炎、眼组织胞浆菌病和眼底血管样条纹等眼病，在儿童罕见，主要与遗传性黄斑营养不良有关，尽管近年来进行了大量的基础和临床研究，但对CNV复杂分子机制的认识仍然非常有限，因此目前的治疗措施都不尽如人意。

Subthreshold micropulse diode laser treatment can shorten a laser pulse limits, reduce the spread of photocoagulation damage caused by heat conduction during a laser exposure, avoid chorioretinal scars which could expand or increase the risk of iatrogenic choroidal neovascularisation and improve long term visual prognosis.

黄斑水肿的治疗近年来得到广泛的关注，成为研究的热点，但各种新方法的并发症和疗效尚存在一定的争议，阈下微脉冲半导体（810nm）激光治疗黄斑水肿，减少激光曝光持续时间和使用不可见激光斑，能降低可见光凝斑本身对黄斑区视网膜脉络膜的损害，减轻黄斑水肿和提高视力。

The reason is related macular tissue damage caused by thinning or 10 percent of macular degeneration, classified as exudative macular degeneration.

其原因乃黄斑部组织破坏或变薄所引起，百分之十的黄斑部退化，归类为&渗出性黄斑退化&。

Part 2. Measurement of macular light sensitivity and FM 100-hue test in normal prese- nium and geratic people. The macular light sensitivity 、macular foveal light sensitivi- ty in 64 (82 eyes) and hue discrimination in 75 (100 eyes) normal presenium and geratic people were examined with macular threshold (white、red、blue and green color light) program of the Humphreh Field Analyzer and FM 100-hue test respectivity. The re- sults showed that the light sensitivity in four color light threshold was all declined with age. The mean error score square of each spectral region and whole spectral was increased with age, the loss of light sensitivity and hue discrmination was a linear correlated with age. The light sensitivity of the different field was compared, except blue color light threshold, the light sensitivity was decreased with the increasing of the eccentricity, white and red color light threshold in the inferior field showed lower sensitivity than that in the superior field.

二、老年前期及老年期正常人的黄斑阈值及FM100-色调试验检测采用Humphrey视野分析仪黄斑阈值程序和FM100-色调试验仪分别对82例（82眼）和75例（100眼）老年前期及老年期正常人进行了黄斑光敏度、黄斑中心凹光敏度及色调分辨力的测定，结果显示四种色光阈值的光敏度均随年龄增加而降低，FM100-色调试验各个色区及全色区错误记分方根随年龄增加而增高，光敏度及色调分辨力的降低与年龄呈线性相关；不同视野的光敏度比较，除蓝色光阈值外，光敏度均随视野偏心度的增加而减少，视野的上半部光敏度较下半部低；视野的鼻侧与颞侧及各象限的光敏度无显著差异。

Methods Forty-eight patients (50 eyes) with diffuse diabetic macular edema were randomly divided into two groups: twenty-five eyes were treated with an intravitreous injection of triamcinolone acetonide (4 mg/0.1 ml), and another twenty-five were treated with a peribulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide (40 mg/1 ml).

将48例（50眼）弥漫性黄斑水肿患者随机分为曲安奈德玻璃体腔（0.1 ml，4 mg）注射目的总结曲安奈德(triamcinolone acetonide，TA)联合黄斑部格栅样光凝对糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效，评估TA的两种不同给药方式的安全性。

And there was significant differences between their visual improvement after operation(P0.01).Conclusion In the treatment of retinal detachment with vitreous traction and macular hole,the two methods have similar results in repostion of retinae,but vitrectomy with gas injection was better in visual improvement.

治疗牵引性黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离，2种术式的黄斑孔封闭及视网膜解剖复位率接近，但玻璃体切割注气术视功能恢复方面显著优于黄斑部加压术，玻璃体切割注气术将取代黄斑部加压术。
