黄原酸

In order to explore the mechanism of the resistance to cucumber damping-off induced by plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria CH1, the physiological and biochemical method was employed to study the changes in activities of Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, Polyphenol oxidase and contents of ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid, lignin, phenolic compound and flavonoid of phenolic metabolism in cucumber roots pretreated with plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria CH1 and infected by Pythium aphanidermatum.

为研究植物生长促生细菌CH1诱导黄瓜对猝倒病的抗性的作用机制，采用生理生化的方法，测定了黄瓜根部酚类物质代谢中苯丙氨酸解氨酶、多酚氧化酶活性动态及阿魏酸、绿原酸、木质素、总酚、类黄酮含量变化。

The results showed that ABT can increase the content of geniposidic acid in a long time, the range of variation was more than 9%, but most of the time, it would decrease the contents of chiorogenic acid, total flavonoids and gutta-percha, the range of variation was large too.

结果表明：ABT生根粉处理后，杜仲叶中京尼平武酸的含量在较长时间段内增加，增加幅度超过了9%；绿原酸、总黄酮和杜仲胶的含量减少，减少幅度较大。

The results indicated that with the increasing of storage time, the leaves etiolated, contents of crude-fiber increased, while vitamin C, chlorogenic acid decreased, nitrate contents up to the maximum at the 3th day after storage , then decreased gradually. Stored at 2℃, the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C, chlorogenic acid were higher, nitrate and crude-fiber contents were lower. The lower of membrane permeability and MDA content, the higher activity of SOD significantly delayed senescence process and prolonged storage life of Taraxacum mongolicum.

结果表明：采后蒲公英随着贮藏天数的增加，叶片逐渐黄化，粗纤维的含量升高，维生素C和绿原酸含量下降，硝酸盐含量先升高后降低；2℃下贮藏能够使采后蒲公英具有较高的叶绿素、维生素C、绿原酸，较低的硝酸盐和粗纤维含量，较低的细胞膜渗透率、MDA含量和较高的SOD活性，显著地延缓其衰老进程，延长贮藏寿命。

Spraying with chitosan of different concentration significantly increased the content of chlorophyll ,anthoxanthin ,chlorogentic acid, polyphenal ,soluble protein and total soluble sugar of Broccoli flowers. 40 mg L-l chitosan showed the most remarkable effet,compared to control, the content of chlorophyll ,anthoxanthin ,chlorogentic acid, total soluble sugar and soluble protein of treated Broccoli flowers increased by 64.4%,282.5%,35.6%,16.2% 22.7% respectively.PAL and PPO are key enzymes in synthesize of phenolics.No relation was found between phenolics synthesize and PAL activity in Broccoli flowers,but it showed positive relation between phenolics synthesize and PPO activity.

研究表明，本研究中，不同浓度几丁聚糖喷施对青花菜花球的叶绿素、类黄酮、绿原酸、多酚总量、可溶性蛋白及可溶性总糖的含浙江大学硕卜学位论文(2004)量有显著增加，其中以浓度为40mgL一'影响最为显著，花球中的叶绿素、类黄酮、绿原酸、可溶性总糖、可溶性蛋白分别较对照提高64.4%、282.5%、35.6%、 16.2%、22.7%，苯丙氨酸解氨酶、多酚氧化酶是酚类物质合成中关键酶，花球内酚类物质合成与苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性没有一定的相关性，而与多酚氧化酶的活性呈正相关。

对其质量标准进行了系统的研究，在不同采收期采集了蓬子菜样品，以总黄酮为指标，进行含量测定，确定了最佳采收期；还对不同产地的10个样品中总黄酮、香叶木苷、喇叭茶苷、绿原酸等活性成分进行含量比较，结果蓬子菜中黄酮类成分含量稳定，适于在制定质量标准时作为含量测定的指标成分。

The results showed that the activities of PAL and PPO, the contents of ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid, lignin, phenolic compound and flavonoid in roots treated by CH1 increased higher than those of the nontreated when plants were infected by Pythium aphanidermatum.

结果表明，病原菌感染时，经CH1处理的植株根部PAL和PPO活性都明显高于未经CH1处理的，同时，经CH1处理的植株根部阿魏酸、绿原酸、木质素、总酚和类黄酮含量都高于未经CH1处理的。

ResultThe results showed that it had good results of removal heavy metal ions fromwastewater using chaff xanthogenate whenthe pHvalue was neutral or alkaline,the reactiontemperature was 40℃.Ions concomitance was goodfor removal heavy metal ions.

结果结果表明，在pH值为中性或碱性，反应温度为40℃时，谷壳黄原酸盐对重金属离子具有较好的捕集效果；离子共存有利于重金属离子的捕集。

Dithiocarbamate-modified chitosan (chitosan xanthogenate, DTC-CTS) was characterized respectively by infrared, UV-Vis and Thermogravimetry. The different adsorbing capacities of DTC-CTS and CTS for Cu(superscript 2+) in aqueous solution were compared.
