The results showed that with the normal dosage 60g/hm2, inhibiting rate of the plant height and weight of Taiyu 2, Jinzhenzhu, Taiyu 15, Zinuo and other three breeds are beyond 40% and 30%, and it is obvious that plant growing is inhibited, the leaves etiolate and new leaves twist severely and couldn't grow normally. Inhibiting rate of the plant height of Ziyu 2, Taiyu 2, Liaoyu 18, Ludan 50, Zhengdan 958 and some other varieties are between 30.6% and 38.1%, the sensitivity of these varieties are lower and the plant modalities are not influenced bigger; in addition, Nongda 108, Nongda 2008, Xinyu 958 and Taiyu 12 grow healthy, the resistance to nicosulfuron are higher compared with other varieties.

温室盆栽测定结果表明，在烟嘧磺隆大田常规用量60g ai/hm2下，各品种对药剂的敏感性差异显著，泰玉2号、金珍珠、泰玉15号、紫糯等7个品种对烟嘧磺隆表现较为敏感，株高抑制率均在40.4%以上，鲜重抑制率在31.37%以上，表现为植株生长受到抑制，叶片黄化，新叶牛尾状扭曲不能正常抽出；淄玉2号、泰玉2号、聊玉18、鲁单50、鲁原单14、郑单958等品种的株高抑制率在30.6%～38.1%，敏感性略低；而农大2008、农大108、鑫玉958和泰玉12号生长正常，耐药性相对较高，无明显药害症状。

Result The application of 3 mg/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate could promote potted seedlings of Arizona to flower earlier; the effect of 3 mg/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate +20 mg/L N 6-benzyladenine was the best. The flower bud differentiation was early and more, with the flowering rate of 90%, and the flowering branches were long and sturdy; when N6-benzyladenine was 40 mg/L, the growth of potted seedlings of Arizona was inhibited; N6-benzyladenine had a certain inhibition on leaf etiolation of potted seedlings of Arizona.

结果］喷施3 mg/L的磷酸二氢钾可促进亚丽桑那组培苗提早开花；3 mg/L磷酸二氢钾＋20 mg/L 6-苄基嘌呤的处理效果最好，花芽分化早、多，成花率高达90%，花枝长且粗壮；当6-苄基嘌呤浓度为40 mg/L时，亚丽桑那盆栽苗生长受抑制；6-苄基嘌呤对亚丽桑那盆栽苗的叶片黄化有一定的抑制作用。

Long filamentous and rhabdoviruses were first found in garlic. The leaves were detected by DAS-ELISA,and the result showed that masaic garlic contained LYSV and PVX,etiolation garlic contained OYDV and GCLV,leaf roll garlic contained GCLV、LYSV and OYDV.

Compared with other methods, the effect on preservation of the cut flowers, pretreated in 100 ml/L benzalkonium bromide for 3 hours, was obvious. The fresh flower weights increased slowly, few or none leaves were wilting after transplanted into water for 6 days. Etiolation of the leave slowed down and almost 90% leaves kept fresh after 12 days. The flower buds blooming speed also slowed down, 50% of flower buds were opened, petals were kept fresh, the stems of cut flower were unbent, and none flowers were drooped after 15 days.

与其他预处理相比，在100 ml/L溶液预处理3h，瓶插后鲜重一直呈缓慢上升趋势；6d后，极少数叶片发生萎蔫，叶片黄化速度也很缓慢，约90％的叶片12d后还可以保持新鲜；花蕾开放速度也缓慢，15d后仅有50％的花蕾开花，且花瓣挺阔，无枯萎迹象，而且茎干挺直，不弯颈；保鲜效果明显高于其他的预处理。
