The emodin did not inhibited multiplication of TMV in infected leaf discs or infectivity of TMV-RNA in vitro. The infectivity of TMV recovered by dialysis from incubations with emodin in vitro has regained showed that the emodin did not direct viricidal effect. The emodin did not reduce infectivity of TMV when applied before TMV inoculation.

大黄素对粒体无形态破坏作用，与TMV混合后经过透析可恢复大部分的侵染活性，体外混合不影响TMV-RNA的侵染活性，并无体内抑制复制作用，预先接种也不影响TMV随后的侵染。

On the basis of investigating the resource and utilization of Iris plants in Nanjing, Hangzhou and Wuxi, the paper selected five plants: Iris pseudacorus、 Iris sanguinea、 Iris kaempferi、 Iris japonica、 Iris tectorum to find their tissue culture technology and shade tolerance with lots experiments. 本文在对南京、杭州、无锡等地鸢尾属植物及其园林应用实地调查的基础上，以黄菖蒲、溪荪、花菖蒲、蝴蝶花、鸢尾等五个种为实验材料，从其部分种的组织培养技术和耐荫性两方面入手，通过大量的实验并对所得数据进行统计分析，得出以下结论：溪荪的组织培养中，以春季萌发的茎尖为外植体，以MS培养基附加低浓度的6-BA(1mg／L)与NAA(0.2mg/L)为最佳的诱导分化的组合。
