Methods : To study the therapeutic effect of Shubuhuo on 30 case of Hyperplasia of M- ammary Gland after three months,including the improving of clinical symptom and the size of adenoncus of the mammary gland.The Sex hormones of lood was evaluated by radioimmunoassay,including serum estrogen(E2)、progestogen、prolactin,T-cell tubgroup(CD3、CD4) was evaluated by flow cytometry,to find the diffence between pretherapy and post-treatment in luteal.

运用疏补活汤治疗30例乳腺增生病患者3个月(1个疗程)后，观察其临床疗效，包括治疗前后患者临床症状的改善以及乳腺近红外线扫描确定乳房肿块大小的变化；在治疗前后于患者黄体期用放射免疫测定法检测血清性激素水平的变化，包括雌二醇（estrogen，E2）、孕激素（progestogen，P）、泌乳素（prolactin，PRL），同时用流式细胞仪检测治疗前后细胞免疫功能（T细胞亚群CD3、CD4）的变化。

The clinical date of 91 cases to treat by laparoscopy were reviewed. Results 91 case with adnex benign disease were performed completely with laparoscopy.

METHODS: The pregnant mice were administered by oral gavage with MXC at different doses of 0, 20, 100 and 200 mg/kg during day 12-17 of pregnancy. Meanwhile, other pregnant mice as a control group were gavaged sesame oil solvent in the same manner. The changes in body mass and number of corpora lutea of the pregnant mice were observed; and the body mass and anogenital distance of their F1 foetuses were recorded, too. The concentrations of estradiol (E2 ) and progesterone in sera of the pregnant mice were determined using radioimmunoassay.

将交配成功的雌鼠于孕12～17 d每日给予不同剂量的MXC(0，20，100，200 mg/kg)灌胃，并设芝麻油溶剂为对照组，观察各组孕鼠体质量和黄体等计数测定，同时观察各组F1子代仔鼠的体质量和肛门生殖器距离等，采用放射免疫法检测孕鼠血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮含量。

Result The BMP15 protein had no expression in oocytes of primary, secondary, antral follicles as well as granulosa cells and follicular flu. It was also detected in corpora lutea during early luteolysis at high level, but it was observed in atretic follicle at low level.

结果］BMP15蛋白在原始卵泡中没有表达，在初级卵泡、次级卵泡和有腔卵泡卵母细胞及有腔卵泡颗粒细胞和卵泡液中均有表达，在黄体溶解早期也有表达，但是在闭锁卵泡中的表达则受到抑制。

The BMP15 protein played a certain role in all the stages of follicular development and had a relationship with the luteal dissolution mechanism; In the atretic follicle, the low expression of BMP15 protein maybe caused by inhibition from the other factors which lead to connected modification of follicular atresia.

结论］BMP15参与了兔卵泡发育全过程，并且与黄体溶解机制有关；而在闭锁卵泡中，其低水平的表达可能是由其他因子所抑制，进而共同调节了卵泡的闭锁。

Objective: To observe the curative effects of MPA in treating colporrhagia after medicinal abortion.

目的：观察安宫黄体酮对药物流产后阴道出血的疗效。

Results: The colporrhagia stopped within 3 days in the group treated with MPA and 83.33% abnormal echo with less than 1cm could not be seen by the ultrasonography after the withdrawal bleeding.

结果：应用安宫黄体酮后3d内阴道出血停止，撤退出血后B超示宫腔内1cm以下的异常回声消失率达83.33%，与对照组比较差异有显著意义。

Results: The level of serum trace elements of Cu, estradiolum and testosterone in model group was obviously higher than that of control group, the ovarian follicle of model group was ectatic and the granular layer was very thin. There were abundant all-growth period follicle and corpus luteum in ovary in normal rats.

结果：与时照组比较，模型组大鼠血清Cu、E2、T含量明显增加(P.01)；卵巢组织形态学观察：对照组可见各期发育卵泡及黄体形成，模型组卵泡呈囊性扩张，颗粒细胞层明显减少，大量卵泡闭镇。
