Sheng-Yuan Huang's works in Yi-Lan show quite different appearances from the general public buildings in recent years in Taiwan. In terms of the locality in his works, Huang is treated as one of the representative regionalistic architects in Taiwan. In the context while the widespread globalization has cast influences on local architecture, Huang put his works into practice to question the vague development in built environment. Through the case study of Huang's public works in Yi-Lan, we may offer a framework of reference in seeking the position in the development of current Taiwan architecture.

近年来，黄声远建筑师在宜兰地区的建筑作品表现出不同以往台湾公共建筑的空间操作形式，透过其作品所反映出的地方色彩，使得黄声远被视为台湾本土地域性建筑师的代表之一，现今地方建筑普遍受到全球化影响的同时，黄声远的建筑作品从本土文化脉络发展出地域性空间的实践，提出对全球化发展的反思。

A comparative analysis is presented in five dimensions, including 'the natural environment,''the cultural features,''the spatial form,''the construction technique' and 'the representation in material.' This study demonstrates the essential meanings in Huang's regionalistic design agenda and the dialectical relationship between his design and critical regionalism.

从黄声远九件公共建筑作品案例，说明影响黄声远在地域性构筑实践的关键因素，并透过比较分析的方式，试图从自然环境、文化表徵、空间形式、构筑技术，材料表现等方面，呈现黄声远对於在地性的设计实践与「批判性地域主义」两者之间看似相近又立场各异的辨证关系。

The experiment result demonstrates that luohanguo has a lot of pharmacody functions, for instance:resisting thrombus form、repelling blood platelet conglomeration、falling blood fat、contradicting cruor、promoting blood circulation and absorbing clots, and so on. They provided preliminary scienced reference for empoldering and applying luohanguo flavone in the future. Pharmacody functions in other faces still need to research furtherly .

药理结果表明罗汉果黄酮具有一定的抗血栓形成、抗血小板聚集、降脂、抗凝血等活血化瘀作用，为将来罗汉果黄酮的开发应用提供了初步科学依据，对于罗汉果黄酮的其他方面的药理作用还有待于进一步研究。

本论文主要对新疆天山花楸的黄酮类化合物进行了研究，首先对天山花楸的果实进行了预实验，然后对天山花楸枝叶的黄酮类化合物进行了定性研究及对其不同有效部位的黄酮类化合物进行了较为详细的定量研究。

Methodswith yield of total flavonoids and the sum integral relative peak area of total flavonoids in hplc chromatograms as the index, orthogonal experiment was carried to investigate factors of temperature, solid-liquid leaching rate, concentration of alcohol, which impact the yield of total flavonoids from sorbus tianshanica rupr.

The leaf area, single leaf fresh weight, flavone content and lactone content in good variety were 2.04, 2.71, 2.05 and 2.17 times of those in common variety respectively. There were no obvious difference between the female and staminiferous plants in leaf output character, flavone content and lactone content, which proved that there were hereditary change among the gingko variety in leaf output character, flavone content and lactune content.

objective:to investigate the influence of soybean isoflavones on the antioxidative effect and improving the ability of study and memory in climacteric rats.methods:forty-eight female sd climacteric rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with one control group and the other low,medium and high dose groups,which were given soybean isoflavones 0 mg/kg.bw,42 mg/kg.bw,83 mg/kg.bw and 249 mg/kg.bw by superalimentation daily for 60 days respectively.the levels of sod,gsh-px and mda in serum were measured,and the ability of study and memory in each group was deterimined by adopting the law of diving platform.results:the content of serum mda in medium and high dose groups was lower than that in control group.the activity of serum gsh-px im medium and high dose groups was significantly increased,so was the activity of serum sod in low,medium and high dose groups.conclusion:soybean isoflavones do have the obvious effect of antioxidation,and improve the ability of study and memory effectively in female sd climacteric rats.

目的：观察大豆异黄酮对更年期雌性sd大鼠抗氧化作用及学习记忆的影响。方法：选用健康更年期雌性sd大鼠，随机分成空白对照组和低、中、高剂量4组。空白对照组给予蒸馏水，实验组每日分别灌服42、83、249 mg/kg剂量的大豆异黄酮，连续60d。第60d取血测定血清过氧化脂质丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力，用跳台实验方法测定大鼠学习记忆能力。结果：与空白对照组比较，中、高剂量组大鼠血清mda含量显著降低，低、中、高剂量组血清sod活力明显升高，中、高剂量组血清gsh-px活力明显升高。结论：大豆异黄酮具有明显的抗氧化作用，并有效提高更年期雌性sd大鼠的学习记忆能力。
