Objective: Preanesthetic clinic is a communicating platform that can provide the patient, families, and the anesthesiologist a good environment to discuss anesthetic process about his or her surgery.

主旨：术前访视门诊可以提供一个沟通平台，使患者、患者家属及麻醉医师在一个良好的环境下来讨论有关患者的麻醉相关问题。

In this study we sought to clarify whether non-zero BF affects leak detection during preanesthetic inspections. Twenty-five participants performed leak tests on anesthesia machines to detect breathing circuit leaks.

本研究我们试图阐明非零基本流量在麻醉前检查是否对察觉漏气有影响。25个参与者对麻醉机进行了漏气检验以发现呼吸回路漏气。

In this study, we evaluated the efficacyof preanesthetic proton pump inhibitor (PPI; oral rabeprazol)use in patients receiving regular H2-antagonisttherapy for more than 4 wk. Forty-eight patients with assumedcomplete tolerance to H2 antagonists undergoing elective surgerywere recruited and randomly assigned to receive either a preanestheticPPI (rabeprazol 20 mg; n = 24) or H2-antagonist (H2 group; roxatidine75 mg; n = 24) at 9:00 pm on the day before surgery and 2 hbefore the induction of anesthesia.

本次研究，作者评价了长期规则使用氢离子拮抗剂（口服法莫替丁，疗程大于4周）治疗的病人，麻醉前使用质子泵抑制剂（ PPI ；口服雷贝拉唑）的有效性。48位择期手术的病人假设能够完全耐受氢离子拮抗剂，随机分为两组，一组接受 PPI （口服雷贝拉唑20mg ； n ＝24），另一组接受质子泵抑制剂（口服罗沙替丁75mg ； n ＝24），服药时间分别为，术前一天晚上9点和麻醉诱导前2小时。

Results: The aneshesia methods included general anesthesia (1 pateint), ketamine anaesthesia with midazolam premedication (16 patients), epidural anesthesia (59 patients), and brachial plexus block (13 patients).

结果：气管插管全麻1例，氯胺酮咪达唑仑静脉麻醉复合局部麻醉16例，硬膜外阻滞59例，臂丛神经阻滞13例。

In the first phase of study, we prospectively collected data of patients who chose to receive anesthesia or not by themselves.

By way of four complete reflex arcs of comparative test and destroyed reflex arcs,it is showed that the reflex arc consists of sensory receptors,efferent nerve fibers,nerve center,efferent nerve fibers,effecter,and that the four parts must exist together.The test phenomenon is clear after improving the experimental methods,and the rate of success reaches 95%.

从各类实验教材来看，我们发现其证明传入神经和传出神经是反射弧的组成部分的方法有些过于简单[1~3]，不能区别传入神经和传出神经的功能效应；有的使用普鲁卡因麻醉坐骨神经干[4]，麻醉的时间和程度不好把握，很难圆满完成实验，造成实验失败。

Results The anesthesia range was narrowed and anesthesia duration was shortened with the prolongation of epidural catheter placement,Epidural roentgenography showed that the medium diffused normally within epidural space,biopsy of epidural tissues showed that there were inflammative cells infiltration and fiber proliferation with longer epidural catheter placement（more than 4 weeks）,without significant differences between both groups.

结果 随着硬膜外腔置管时间延长，麻醉阻滞范围变窄，麻醉阻滞时间也明显缩短，两组之间没有明显区别；硬膜外腔造影显示：造影剂在硬膜外腔扩散良好，无明显受阻；组织学检查显示：置管时间长(4周以上)的动物，硬膜外组织炎细胞浸润、纤维组织增生、硬膜增厚，而且随置管时间延长，变化加显著，但两组之间没有明显区别。

结果 随着硬膜外腔置管时间延长，麻醉阻滞范围变窄，麻醉阻滞时间也明显缩短，两组之间没有明显区别；硬膜外腔造影显示：造影剂在硬膜外腔扩散良好，无明显受阻；组织学检查显示：置管时间长(4周以上)的动物，硬膜外组织炎细胞浸润、纤维组织增生、硬膜增厚，而且随置管时间延长，这"种变化更"加显著，但两组之间没有明显区别。
