Methods We searched PubMed, Blackwell, BIOSIS Preview, The Cochrane Library, VIP and CNKI electronically from January 1, 2000 to April, 2008. Relevant journals and conference proceedings were also handsearched. Randomized controlled trials and quasi-RCTs comparing desloratadine with other medicines in the patients with CIU were considered eligible.

To fulfill the recommended 2-dose vaccine policies, the first dose is recommended at age 12 to 15 months and the second at age 4 to 6 years.
