Objective 1. To investigate the expression of protein of nometastatic gene 23(nm23H1),vescular endothelial growth factor and protein of nuclear factor kappa B ( NF-kBP65) in retinoblastoma, blepharal basal cell carcinoma , blepharal squamous cell carcinoma and meibomian gland carcinoma. 2. To explore the relationship between expressions of these proteins and biological behavior of these ocular malignancies.

目的：1、检测肿瘤转移抑制基因蛋白nm23H1、血管生成因子VEGF以及细胞核因子NF-kBP65蛋白在视网膜母细胞瘤、眼睑基底细胞癌、眼睑鳞状细胞癌和睑板癌中的表达。2、探讨它们与眼部恶性肿瘤的生物学行为的关系。

Results No positive expressions of nm23Hl and NF-kBP65 were found in normalgroup; whereas positive expressions were observed in retinoblastoma, blepharal basal cell carcinoma , blepharal squamous cell carcinoma and meibomian gland carcinoma.

结果：nm23H1和NF-kBP65在正常视网膜及眼睑组织细胞中呈阴性表达，在视网膜母细胞瘤、眼睑基底细胞癌、眼睑鳞状细胞癌及睑板腺癌等眼部肿瘤中呈阳性表达。

In the second part of our research, YC-1, an indazole derivative, displayed impressive selective toxicity against the human lung squamous carcinoma cell line NCI-H226 and human kidney tumor cell lines RXF-631L by a panel of 39 human cancer cell lines (JFCR39) screening. Therefore, the molecular mechanism by which YC-1 affects NCI-H226 cell growth was studied.

在本论文的第二部份中，吲唑类化合物YC-1经利用日本JFCR39癌细胞株之抗癌活性筛选后发现，YC-1对於人类肺鳞状上皮细胞癌细胞NCI-H226以及人类肾癌细胞RXF-631L具有高度的抑制选择性，於是我们选择NCI-H226细胞株做为YC-1对抗肺癌之抗癌机制探讨模式细胞。
