方法取9例外生型口腔疣状癌、6例囊肿／浸润型口腔疣状癌、15例高分化鳞癌、15例低分化鳞癌，应用半定量逆转录多聚酶链式反应方法检测口腔疣状癌和口腔鳞癌中OPN mRNA的表达水平，应用免疫组织化学法检测上述标本中OPN的表达及分布，判断差异。
