高脂血症

Further analysis illustrated that similarities and differences lie in the RE of CHD and CAS. Blood stasis and cbronic broncbitis are similar RF of both diseases; similar but different Rf covered liver deficiency, hypertension, diabetes, year of hyperlpemia, high blood sugar, tigh blood stasis, high cbolesterol. Among them, bigher positive rate of liver deficiency, hypertension and diabetes, longer year of hyperlipemia, higbef blood sugar, more serious blood stasis remain in CHD while higher cholesterot existing in CAS in this study. Moreover, qi deficiency, heart deficiency, Phlegm, senility index, putse pressure, LOP, TG, HDL/TC, Low putmonary 、function are different RF of both diseases.

进一步分析CHD和CAS易患因素异同的结果表明：CHD和CAS，相同易患因素有血瘀、慢支；同中有异的易患因素有肝虚、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症年限、高血糖、高胆固醇、血液粘滞性增高；其中CHD的肝虚、高血压和糖尿病发生率较高，高脂血症年限较长、血糖较高、血液粘滞性严重，CAS的总胆固醇在本次分析中较CHD高；不同易患因素有气虚、心虚、痰浊、衰老指数、脉压、LPO、TG、HDL/TC、肺功能低下。

1高尿酸血症常伴发高血压病、动脉粥样硬化、高脂血症、高血糖、腹型肥胖。2啤酒是促进高尿酸血症发病的重要的危险因素，但文化程度、吸烟与血尿酸水平的相关性无统计学意义。3预防和治疗高尿酸血症必需控制体重、降低血压和血脂，适量运动，清淡饮食，控制饮酒。

Methods Making use of the model of rabbits fed with high cholesterol diet and studing the regulating effects of ANBE from the three areas on lipoid content in serum.

结果 3产地 ANBE能明显降低高脂血症家兔血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白含量，显著升高高密度脂蛋白含量和 HDL- C/ TC比值，同时，能显著降低高脂血症家兔的过氧化脂质。

The results showed that either of the extracted propolis had significant inhibitory effect on the level of triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL-C,GPT and GOT in serum, and TC, TG and MDA in liver, but were ineffective on HDL-C, MDA, SOD and NO levels in serum. Ethanol extracted propolis also reduced the body weight, liver weight and liver index of hyperlipidemic SD rats, while water extracted propolis were adiaphorous.

结果表明：蜂胶醇提液和水提液均能有效抑制高脂血症SD大鼠血清中的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的升高，并且能有效抑制肝脏组织中的TC、TG、MDA的升高，但对血清中的高密度脂蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮的影响不明显；蜂胶醇提液能有效降低高脂血症SD大鼠的体重、肝重及肝指数，蜂胶水提液对体重、肝重及肝指数的影响则不显著。

Objective: To confirm the hypolipidemic therapy effect of XIEZHIPING whichcomposed of Alisma Rhizoma the principal drug and probe the mechanismof hypolipidemic action from the view of animal model experiment in vivoto cell culture in vitro, and finally establish the base of new naturalhypolipidemic product by the way of experiment on the golden hamsterhyperlipoidemia animal model and HepG2 cell line culture.

目的： 通过对金黄地鼠高脂血症动物模型及HepG2离体细胞培养的实验研究，证实以建泽泻为君药的纯中药组方—&泻脂平&的可靠降脂作用，并进一步从细胞分子水平初步探讨其降脂作用机理，为研发治疗高脂血症的有效天然药物奠定基础。

Ap with hyperlipaemia model was prepared by both triton wr1339 and cerulein simultaneously. human albumin was used to treat the ap accompanied with hyperlipaemia. in each group, the histological score, volume of ascites, ratio of pancreatic wet/dry weigh, serum amylase and pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis in each group were compared. the level of protein kinase c membrane translocation in pancreatic tissue was detected by western blot.

分别用triton wr1339、cerulein制作大鼠高脂血症和急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis，ap）模型，同时应用两者制作伴有高脂血症的ap模型，应用白蛋白治疗伴有高脂血症的ap，比较各组胰腺病理损害评分、腹水量、胰腺湿/干比、血清淀粉酶和胰腺组织的凋亡；western blot检测胰腺组织pkc的膜转位。

分别用Triton WR1339、Cerulein制作大鼠高脂血症和急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis，AP）模型，同时应用两者制作伴有高脂血症的AP模型，应用白蛋白治疗伴有高脂血症的AP，比较各组胰腺病理损害评分、腹水量、胰腺湿/干比、血清淀粉酶和胰腺组织的凋亡；Western blot检测胰腺组织PKC的膜转位。

Compared with Simvastatin Tablets and the capsule of Xuezhikang,the effects of Wendan decoction on serum triglycerides,serum total cholesterol,serum LDL-C and serum HDL-C in adult rats with chronic hyperlipidemwere observed after30dates.Result:By using pharmacological meth-od,the results revealed that Wendan decoction could effectively reduce serum of TC,TG,LDL-C levels in the rats with chronic hyperlidemia,it has raisen the concents of blood HDL-C and its function was more effective than the capsule of Xu-ezhikang.

除空白对照组喂基础饲料外，其余各组均采用高脂乳剂灌饲方式建立大鼠高脂血症模型，喂养10日后眼球取血，测得受试动物血清中总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高，说明高脂血症模型复制成功。30日后，运用药理学方法，观察温胆汤对高脂血症成年大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的影响，并与西药辛伐他汀、中成药血脂康进行比较。
