方法选用 60只成年Wistar雄性大鼠，随机分成正常对照组（12只）和模型组（48只），模型组给予高脂高糖饲料餵养6周，6周后再用腺嘌呤〔100 mg/kg·d）〕加乙胺丁醇〔250 mg/〕灌胃2周，造成胰岛素抵抗并高尿酸血症的大鼠模型。
