Methods An analysis of 15 patients with tuberculum sellae meningiomas removed by supraorbital keyhole approach from January 2003 to December 2005 was made.

方法分析我科2003年1月～2005年12月，经眶上匙孔入路切除鞍结节脑膜瘤15例，有限的眶上开颅宽25～30mm，高15～20mm，讨论肿瘤的大小、手术技巧、手术结果和并发症。

Methods An analysis of 15 patients with tuberculum sellae meningiomas removed by supraorbital keyhole approach from January 2003 to December 2005 was made. The technique was described in detail, a limited supraorbital craniotomy was performed with a width of 25 to 30 mm and a height of 15 to 20 mm. Tumour size, operative techniques, operative result and complications were discussed.
