This thesis uses DEA to compare the WANO's performance indicators among three nuclear power plants in Taiwan. We take the past 7 years'(1997-2003) data of 3 plants, there are 21 DMUs totally. Due to the importance of the nuclear power plant safety performance , we adopt the output estimation by assuming the input as a constant; Five outputs parameters such as unit capability factor, unplaned automatic scrams are chosen to proceed the comparison and get the relative efficiency. We also collect the WANO performance indicators data of the same type nuclear power plants as Taiwan in the United State during 1999-2003 to proceed the same comparison with the domestic three nuclear power plants , in order to understand the relative efficiency between two groups.

本文系利用数据包络分析法，针对台湾地区三座核能电厂之世界核能协会绩效指标的实绩进行实证比较，研究对象是以这三座电厂过去七年（1997--2003）来的实绩比较，每一年度为一个评估单位，共有21个DMUs，由於核能电厂安全绩效之重要性甚高，故本研究纯粹以产出项为考量的绩效评比方式，故将投入项设为常数；产出项则选取机组容量因数、非计划自动急停次数等五项参数，进行评比求出其相对效率；另外也收集了1999—2003年美国同型电厂之WANO绩效指标实绩进行比较，以了解国本国三座核能电厂相较於美国电厂之相对效率为何？

Radiolabeled pharmacological binding assay showed: 1 BmK AS bound specifically to a single class of non-interacting binding sites on both rat brain and cockroach nerve cord synaptosomes with high affinity and low low capacity. The association of BmK AS with both synaptosomes was quick to reach equilibrium, but the dissociation seemed to be only partial. The specific binding of BmK AS was independent of membrane potential, and couldn't be modified by veratridine. Moreover, the binding of BmK AS could be inhibited by native BmK AS, BmK AS1, BmK IT2 and BmK IT on both synaptosomes, but not or partially inhibited by BmK Ⅰ and suggesting BmK AS type neurotoxins might bind to a distinct receptor site on mammal and insect sodium channels with a similar manner from β-scorpion toxins.

二。蝎毒素多肽配体与哺乳动物和昆虫靶离子通道受体的药理结合特性及其靶结合位点的研究：经放射性标记结合和竞争抑制实验表明：1）BmK AS在大鼠脑和蟑螂神经索突触体上有单一非协同性高亲和力低结合容量结合位点，能快速结合并达到平衡，但仅能部分解离，其结合不依赖于膜电位，也不受藜芦碱调节，天然的BmK AS，BmK AS-1，BmK IT2和BmK IT可抑制〓AS与两种突触体的特异结合，而BmK Ⅰ无或仅有部分抑制效应。

Cyclic voltammeter and galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements show that the ordered mesoporous HI-e CoOH2 film electrode has excellent electrochemical capacitance between potential range of -0.1-0.45 V,and a maximum specific capacitance as high as 1084 F/g could be achieved in 2 M KOH solution at a charge-discharge current density of 4 A/g.

The composite powders consisted of Si, Ni, Ag and a series of Si-Ni alloys. The SEM and TEM results showed that the composite powder consisted of clusters with space and network structures. The composite electrode exhibited higher reversible capacity and the initial columbic efficiency was up to 87 %, which was much higher than that of the pure Si electrode.
