A type of high-performance fuel-rich propellant for the unchoked ducted rocket has been developed. The burning rates of the fuel-rich propellant are greater then 2mm/s at 0.5MPa, the greatest one is up to 4. 05mm/s. The burning-rate exponent is greater than 0.5, the highest one reaches 0.58. The fuel-rich propellant grain can combust steadily in the gas generator at 0.226MPa. The uniaxial mechanical properties and the processability of the fuel-rich propellant are good.

研制了一类用于非壅塞固体火箭冲压发动机的高性能铝镁贫氧推进剂：0.5MPa下燃速高于2mm/s，最高者达4.05mm/s；燃速压强指数高于0.5，最高者达0.58；直连式实验时，在0.226MPa下燃烧稳定；具有良好的力学性能和工艺性能。

目的：对湘北谷酒与湘中米酒酒曲、生产工艺以及成品酒指标进行比较，为谷酒的产业化生产提供依据；方法：采用常规方法测定、比较糖化力、酒化力、酒精度、总酯、微生物含量；结果：谷酒酒曲的微生物总数、根霉菌数糖化力与湘中米酒酒曲基本相同，但酵母数、酒化力略高于米酒酒曲；湘北谷酒的酒度、出酒率和总酯均高于湘中米酒，高级醇含量基本持平，感官指标优于湘中米酒；结论：谷酒较米酒的发酵工艺更合理，蒸馏方式更科学，产品质量更稳定；谷酒比米酒更适合大规模产业化。

The results show that compared with the uninoculated pear fruit, the PPO activity of the pear fruit inoculated by the pathogen markedly increase in 48 hours after the inoculating treatment, the PAL activity is on the rise during the 120 hours after inoculation, POD and CAT activities reach a peak at 72h after inoculation, and the SOD activity of the inoculated treatment is also obviously higher than that of the contrast, which suggests that those enzymes are closely-related to pear fruit against Botryosphaeria berengriana f.sp.

结果表明：鸭梨果实中多酚氧化酶活性在接种轮纹病菌48 h内显著高于对照，苯丙氨酸解胺酶活性在接种120 h内一直呈上升趋势，过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性在接种后72 h出现活性高峰，超氧化物歧化酶活性在接种后120 h内也显著高于对照，说明这些酶对鸭梨果实抵抗轮纹病密切相关。

The cytochemical localization of POD showed that the peroxidase was found in cells ofboth cultivars after inoculation. The activity of POD in resistant cultivar was higher than that innot only the uninoculated controls but also the inoculated susceptible ones and localized morewidely, such as localized in mesophyll cell wall, intercellular spaces, membranes of chloroplastand mitochondrion and vacuolar membrane. Whereas the POD in susceptible cultivar waslocalized mainly in cell walls but little in plasma membrane with a lower range and intensitythan that in resistant cultivar.

对过氧化物酶的细胞定位研究发现，无论抗病杨树还是感病杨树，接种后均发现细胞中有过氧化物酶反应产物，通过分析发现，毛白杨过氧化物酶的活性不仅明显高于未接种的对照，也明显高于接种处理后的北京杨，并且定位更广泛，在细胞壁、细胞间隙、叶绿体膜、线粒体膜及液泡膜上均有大量定位，而北京杨酶反应产物主要分布于细胞壁上，在细胞膜、核膜局部有少量定位，定位范围及强度均小于毛白杨。

The result showed that:(1) the unrenewable industrial assistance emergy were mainly in the region of farming eco-economic system, and the chemical fertilizers greater impacted on agriculture output;(2) the intensity of emergy use was higher than the national average on agriculture, which indicated that there were a higher levels of investment in science and technology in the region;(3) the net output rate of emergy in the planting economic ecosystem was higher than the level of the national average and developed regions of guangdong province, which showed that the system had higher economic vitality, and the better function of agricultural system, more efficient operation, higher returns of emergy;(4) the rate of environmental loading was a lower level, which indicated that agricultural production had less pressure on the entire regional ecosystems, and caused less damage to the ecological environment, and agriculture, environmental resources for further development and utilization;(5) the sustainable development index in yanqi basin indicated that farming systems in the region belonged to sustainable development areas.

结果表明：(1)焉耆盆地绿洲2006种植业生态经济系统的能值投入以不可更新的工业辅助能为主。在不可更新工业辅助能中，化肥对农业的产出影响较大；(2)该区域的能值利用强度高于全国平均水平，说明农业的科技投入水平较高；(3)系统的净能值产出率高于全国平均水平和发达地区水平，表明系统具有较高的经济活力，农业系统整体功能较好，运转效率较高，能值回报率较高；(4)农业生产对整个区域生态系统的压力较轻，引起的生态环境破坏较小，农业环境资源还有进一步开发利用的潜力；(5)焉耆盆地种植业系统具有可持续发展的潜力。
