Based on electro-hydraulic servo control technology and computer control technology, this thesis studies the digital self-adaptative control dynamic electro-hydraulic fatigue testing machine, which is widely applied in several fields, such as aerospace, national defense and military industry, railways equipment, machinofacture, vehicle and ship industry, metallurgy, mine engineering, architectural material, petrochemical industry, plastic and rubber industry, wire and cable industry, etc.

本文以广泛应用于航空航天、国防军工、铁路装备、机械制造、车辆船舶、冶金矿山、建筑建材、石油化工、塑料橡胶、电线电缆等多个领域的电液疲劳试验机为研究对象，以电液伺服控制技术和计算机控制技术为基础，旨在研究高响应、高静态精度、高动态精度、数字化、载荷自适应的疲劳试验机。

The digital frequency source this paper researched uses high integrated DDS chip AD9851 as frequency sources and signal mirac processors AT89C51 as system control center, it can output 10Hz-20MHz signal with high-precision and high stability frequency. The evenness of signal within the range of 10MHz is low to 0.1dB degree, and the smallest step is low to 10Hz frequency.

本课题研究的数字频率源采用高集成度DDS芯片AD9851作为频率源；以单片机AT89C51作为系统的控制中心，实现了10Hz～20MHz的高精度、高稳定度的频率输出。10MHz内信号幅度的平坦度为0.1dB、频率最小步进为10Hz。

High dose copper induced decrease ofⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ-2 content and increase ofⅢof spectrin. High dose copper can also decrease SA, PE content and increase SM, PS content.These showed that high dose can induce injury of erythrocyte by changing elementary structure and moity of membrane protein and membrane phospholipid, which may be one of the mechanisms of goat erythrocyte damage induced by high dose copper. 2. High copper caused the decrease of SOD and GSH-PX activity and the increase of MDA content.

Dielectric, piezoelectric and electrmechanical coupling properties of PZT and PSZT systems at high Zr content region were studied. The feature of high Kt and low Kp of PZT-based materials near F-AF phase boundary was exploited and examined, and electromachanical coupling anisotropy Kt/Kp is higher than that at the morphotropic phase boundary , Kt≥0.40, Kt/Kp≥3. 0. 研究了PZT和PSZT两个系统在高锆区的介电、压电和机电耦合等性能，首次发现了PZT基材料在铁电-反铁电相界处具有高Kt和低Kp的性质，机电耦合各向异性Kt/Kp也比准同型相界要高，Kt≥0.40，Kt/Kp≥3.0，并把这一现象归因于电场诱导AF-F相变和反铁电双子晶格间的强耦合作用。
