The lesion, the changes of activity of cholinesterase and acid phosphatase of motor neurons in lateral nucleus of spinal cord anterior horn, the function of axoplasm transportation and nerve conduction, the regeneration of axons and myelin sheath, and the recovery of sciatic nerve function were examined at 7, 14, 30 and 90 days intervals after operation, using Nissl and enzyme histochemistry staining, electrophysiological technique, hydrogen-peroxide oxidoreductase retrograde trace method, axon image analysis, and measurement of sciatic function index. The spinal cord anterior horn of injury side was compared to the correspondence region of spinal cord.

分别于术后7、14、30和90d应用酶组织化学方法、电生理方法、HRP （hydrogen-peroxide oxidoreductase）逆行示踪方法、轴突图象分析方法以及坐骨神经功能指数（sciatic nerve function index，SFI）测量等方法检测坐骨神经损伤后对应脊髓神经元的存活率、神经元胞体酶系变化、损伤神经在轴浆运输、电传导以及轴突、髓鞘再生等方面的恢复情况，探索外周神经损伤后OECs及几丁质对神经元的保护作用以及对新生神经功能恢复的作用，为外周神经损伤的治疗提供新的理论基础。

Objective To investigate the influence of adipocyte on apoptosis of bone marrow stromal cell and its possible mechanisms in osteoporosis pathogenesis.

目的观察髓内脂肪细胞对骨髓基质细胞凋亡的影响，拟阐明骨质疏松的可能发病机制。

Results We found GM1 antibody in 36% and cephalin antibody in 43% of MS patients in serum,GM1 antibody in 11% and cephalin antibody 18% in cerebrospinal fluid.

为了探讨脂质抗体在MS中的作用，检测了MS患者血清和脑脊液中的GM1抗体、脑磷脂抗体和髓鞘碱性蛋白，意欲进一步揭示MS的免疫机制。

Light and electron microscopy showed central chromatolysis of motor neurons in the lumbar cord from 1 week after the start of compression.

研究结果：光学和电子显微镜检查表明从压迫1周后出现腰髓运动神经元的中心染色质溶解。3周后，在前角可见到一些神经元的凋亡。

The expression level of metabolitic enzyme (CYP1A1, CYP1B1) and its correlation with cell differentiation /apoptosis were studied as well. The influence of resveratrol in cell cycle was determined with FCM. Results 1 Resveratrol not only suppresses the growth of medulloblastoma cells in a dose and time related fashion but also induces cell differentiation and apoptosis. Resveratrol promotes differention of UW228-1,-2 cells to forward glia, UW228-3 and Med-3 cells to neuron. A treatment of resveratrol in the concentration of 100μM for 48hrs comit most of cells die of apoptosis. 2 Among the four cell lines Fas and Caspase-3 were constantly expessed, whereas FasL was absent irrespective to the drug treatment. 3 ICC, RT-PCR, Western-blot hybridization and EROD enzymatic activity assay demonstrated that expression of CYP1A1 is different after treatment with resveratrol in four cell lines, up-regulated in three UW228 cell lines in a dose dependent manner but down-regulated in Med-3 cells. Suppressive effect of resveratrol on CYP1B1 expression is the same among four medulloblatoma cell lines. 4 Cell cycle distribution of UW228-3 was greatly changed after treatment.

结果：1、白藜芦醇以时间和剂量依赖性方式抑制髓母细胞瘤细胞生长，同时促进细胞的分化和凋亡：白藜芦醇促使UW228-1、-2靶细胞向神经胶质细胞方向成熟分化，UW228-3、Med-3细胞向神经元细胞方向成熟分化，以100μM作用48小时效果显著；2、四个细胞系均有Fas和Caspase-3表达，但无Fas-L基因表达和蛋白活性产生，因此难以形成Fas相关性死亡通路；3、白藜芦醇处理前后CYP1A1基因的表达在各细胞系略有不同：UW228-1，-2，-3三个细胞系白藜芦醇以剂量相关性方式上调CYP1A1的表达，而Med-3细胞系，白藜芦醇却抑制CYP1A1的表达；四个细胞系在白藜芦醇处理后CYP1B1的表达均受到抑制；4、UW228-3细胞系经白藜芦醇作用后细胞周期有较大改变，表现在G0/G1期在整个细胞周期中所占的比例增加，而其它时期则相应减少。

After disposal,schwann cells, myelin sheath and axon of nerve fibers were eliminated,but the basement membrane tube of schwann cells and three-dimensionalsupports of extracellular matrix of epineurium and perineurium werereserved.

Results MRI findings of central neurocytoma are specific in 5 cases. The ganglioglioma was found in the tempora and occipital lobe in 7 cases,in the brainstem in 1 case, cystic-solid tumor was observed in 5 cases with extramural nodule in 3 cases, obviously thickened gyri were revealed in 1 cases and central necrosis in 2 cases.The 3 cases of Lhermitte-Duclos disease include the specific molecular layer imaging features.

结果 5例中枢神经细胞瘤有一定的MRI特征，3例诊断正确。8例神经节细胞胶质瘤中，7例位于或主要位于颞、枕叶，1例位于桥脑和延髓，表现为囊实性者5例，实性部分位于囊外的有3例，呈实性表现为局部脑回增厚者1例，囊变坏死明显者2例。3例小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤有特征性的条纹状或分层状表现。

Results One case with infantile onset had macrocephaly. The CT scan and MRI showedprominent low-density white matter throughout the cerebral hemispheres. MRI showed prominent also increased T2 signal in the periventricular whitematter. Another patient had an onset at school-age. The CT scan demonstrated brain atrophy. Histological examination on brain biopsy revealed diffuse demyelination and fibrous gliosis.

结果1例婴儿期起病者头颅大，CT扫描示前额明显的广泛性脑白质密度减低特征，MRI示脑室旁白质T2高信号；另1例学龄期起病，CT扫描显示脑萎缩，脑活检光镜下发现脱髓鞘和胶质细胞增生，电镜下观察到大量Rosenthal纤维及不规则的颗粒状沉积物。
