Methods: Based on the theory of "kidney produces sui", we set up MCAO rat model. Five indexes including Nestin, PSA-NCAM, MAP-2, GAP-43 and SYN38 were measured in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods to evaluate the effects of Fujian Tablet on the proliferation, migration, differentiation of neural stem cells, axonal growth and synapse formation. Other two indexes including trk-B, NOGO-A were used to assess the effects on the neurotropic factor and inhibitory factor.

以&肾生髓&的理论为依据，以MCAO大鼠为实验对象，利用原位杂交技术和免疫组织化学方法，分别以nestin、PSA-NCAM、MAP-2、GAP-43、突触素p38为指标，观察复健片对神经干细胞增殖、迁移、分化、轴突生长、突触形成的影响；分别以trk-B、NOGO-A为指标，观察复健片对神经生长营养因子、抑制因子的影响。

项针治疗脑卒中后假性延髓麻痹的疗效肯定，其机理可能主要与缓解肌肉痉挛，恢复肌力，促进咽部肌肉的协调运动；对病变部位长期不断的机械刺激，形成长期强化作用，使受损反射弧得以重建；促进血液循环，改善病变局部缺血缺氧状态；影响血管生成生长因子的代谢，促进血管生成，保护神经元等，脑卒中后脑可塑性改变有关。

The follow-up periods were various from 6m to 21m. The apical MTA barrier technique was used to manage pulpless permanent teeth with incomplete root formation. The postoperative radiographs showed complete repair of periradicular tissue in 5 of 7 teeth and improvement obviously in other 2 teeth. Only one case (1 tooth) had a 3mm periodontal pocket in four perforation repair cases. The lesion at the perforation sites was improved obviously.

追踪观察时间为6-21月。4例穿孔修补的病例，均为延迟修补，除一例为根尖1／3处的病理性吸收外，其余患牙的穿孔部位位于牙根的冠1／3或根分叉处，一例6m复查时有3mm的牙周袋形成，其余患牙骨吸收暗影均明显缩小。7例根尖发育不全并无髓牙的病例均为成人，5例根尖暗影完全消失，2例明显缩小。

Histology showed that control group had massive cartilage cell gathering together and bone trabecula disturbance, it had no significant bone cortex and medullary cavity formation.

组织学检查显示：对照组中可见大量团聚软骨细胞、骨小梁紊乱，无明显骨皮质、髓腔形成。

In the period of 8 to 16 weeks after operation,new bone was formed continuously, artificial bone gradually reconstructed to mature lamellar bone,bone trabeculae and medullary cavity,etc. Conclusion The preparation of CPC is simple.

结果 CPC植入后4周有新生软骨形成及未成熟的骨组织，可见大量的软骨细胞、成骨细胞、胶原组织及较多的小血管。8～16周新骨继续生成，人工骨逐渐改建为成熟的板层骨、骨小梁和髓腔结构。

Results There existed new cartilage and new immature bone tissue in the bone substitute in 4 weeks after operation, as well as mass of cartilageous cells,osteoblasts, collagen tissue and more small vessels were seen. In the period of 8 to 16 weeks after operation,new bone was formed continuously, artificial bone gradually reconstructed to mature lamellar bone,bone trabeculae and medullary cavity,etc.

Result:Characteristics of the tangentical longitudinal section of stem with resin and surface view of leaves were elucidated.Besides xylem vessels and fibers of the stem,it was found that the red resin also exists in the cortex parenchyma cells of the stem and the medulla and xylem of the root.According to the HPLC fingerprint analysis result of the stems with and without resin,a number of flavones and stilbenoids were detected in the stem in which resin appeared after it wounded.

结果：阐明了含树脂茎的纵切结构以及叶的表面观特征；除了茎木质部导管和纤维中有树脂外，发现剑叶龙血树受到损伤之后在茎皮层薄壁细胞、根的髓部和木质部亦有树脂的分布；含树脂茎和无树脂茎的指纹图谱显示剑叶龙血树茎在形成树脂后的化学成分中出现了较多的黄酮类、茋类成分。
