结果 4例髋臼骨折中 3例行手术治疗，2 0例胫骨平台骨折中 15例行手术治疗(12例行植骨)，11例距下关节骨折 7例行手术治疗。

Methods Reconstruction of 40 normal adult boney acetabula were obtained through CT scanning, and processed by edge recording of the CT image, and CAD software. The items of observation were measured with the Unigraphics sofeware.

40例成人髋臼标本CT横断扫描、图像边界处理和定标，利用CAD软件拟合髋臼骨形态，并应用Unigrapics软件进行形态学的测量。

The quantitative measurement parameters included:(1) Anterolateral acetabular lip angle, ALAL,(2) Lateral acetabular inclination, LAI,(3) Transverse rotation of the acetabulum, TRA,(4) Spherical index of ossification center of the femoral head,(5) Diameter of ischium in acetabulum center.

在三维图像上，测量髋臼前外侧缘倾斜角、面髋臼上缘倾斜度、臼横向旋转角、骨头骨骺核球形指数，在横断面图像上测量髋臼中心坐骨的厚度；定性观察：根据髂骨部分髋臼上缘的病理变化，把所有异常侧髋臼分为两组，轻型缺损：髋臼上缘清晰可以辨认，重型缺损：髋臼上缘模糊不能辨认，或形成假臼。

Methods 58 patients (75 hips) with acetabulum deficiency had THR performed. In the operations, an ural bone graft, a morselized bone graft or their combination were used based on the definition. After the operations, 46 patients (59 hips) were followed up and evaluated by Xrays and the Harris score.
