Infection and fracture of femoral stem happened in 3 and 2 patients respectively.

最常见的原因是假体松动、假体周围骨溶解，共24例次，其次为人工股骨头引起髋臼磨损7例次，假体置入位置不良6例次，人工髋关节脱位3例次，术后感染3例次，假体股骨柄断裂2例次。
